SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt, and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- WARNING: In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene, etc.) out of their reach.
- If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent.
- Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
- Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.

- The meaning of the figure in marking is “DO NOT COVER”. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- The device should not be placed immediately below a socket base.
- Do not place a heater in use near curtains, furniture, wood paneling, or combustible material which can deteriorate with heat.
- Do not use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower, or pool.
- Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
- Do not use the appliance in flammable atmospheres (e.g. in the vicinity of combustible gases or sprays cans)! Explosion and fire hazard!
- Allow ample space around the heater. A safe area to be left free is 100 cm at the front and at the sides and 100 cm at the top.
- Always unplug the heater after use.
- Important! Do not insert any foreign objects into the appliance openings! Risk of injury (electric shock) and damage to the appliance!
- Keep the main cord at a safe distance from the air inlet and outlet grilles.
These instructions for use belong to the appliance and must be kept in a safe place. When changing owners, these instructions must be surrendered to the new owner!
SAFE POSITIONING
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
- Only use the fan heater when it is standing in a horizontal position. Do not place the heater on unstable surfaces, such as beds, carpets, etc., and do not use the heater in an uneven position, where the heater can tip over — otherwise, there is a risk of fire.
- The heater should be placed at a minimum distance from flammable objects, walls, structures, etc. A safe area to be left free is 100 cm at the front and at the sides and 100 cm at the top. The appliance opening must not be obstructed in any way.
- For your own safety and that of others: water and electricity are a dangerous combination! Do not use this heater in a bathroom or near a swimming pool. Ensure that the appliance cannot All into water (bath washbasin, shower cubicle, etc.)

- Do not use the heater on extremely deep-pile carpets!
INSTALLATION
The appliance requires no installation; it should be used solely as a portable appliance. Portable appliances are not suitable for use in a bathroom.
OPERATION
Turn the thermostat (A) in a clockwise direction until it reaches the maximum setting.
– Only ventilation: turn the knob (B) to set
– Heating at ECO mode: turn the knob to setting • (1000 W)
– Heating at full power: turn the knob to setting •• (2000 W)
– Switch off: turn the knob (left) to setting modo o.
OVERHEATING SAFETY DEVICE
To prevent damage and risks due to overheating, the built-in overheating safety device cuts off the power as soon as the heating elements become too hot. If this should happen:
First, ensure that it was not the thermostat that has switched off the heater. Set the thermostat to the maximum position. If the heater does not switch on, the safety device has been activated.
– Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
– Let the heater cool down for 30 minutes.
– Check if the heater had been placed correctly.
– Check if anything is obstructing the airflow.
– If necessary, clean the grilles with a vacuum cleaner.
– Replace the plug into the wall socket and switch the heater on again.
If the safety device again switches off the heater:
– Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
– Have the heater inspected by a Service Centre or by your dealer.
CLEANING
We recommend that you clean your heater at least twice a year to remove
accumulated dust and dirt.
– Set the selector switch to position to switch off. Remove the mains plug
from the wall socket. Wait for the heater to cool down sufficiently.
– You may clean the outside of the heater with a damp cloth or brush. Do not
use water or allow water to come into the appliance. Do not use any abrasive
and caustic cleaning agents!
– Never touch the heater in the water! Danger to life!
– Clean the air inlet and outlet grilles regularly with a vacuum cleaner,
using the brush attachment.
STORAGE
Keep the original box in which the heater was packed to store it during the
warmer months when it is not in use. Clean the heater according to the
instructions under Cleaning.
Pack the heater in the original box and store it in a cool, dry place.

Disposal of old electrical appliances.
The European directive 2012/19/UE on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.

obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately
collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information
