Airfree 2 True Wireless Headphones User Guide

Please read the user guide thoroughly before use of this product and retain it properly for future reference.

Bluetooth Connection

  1. Enable the Bluetooth function of your device: Open Settings < Bluetooth, then turn it on.

  2. Pairing & Connection
    • The first time you turn on the headphones, they will enter the pairing mode and the LEDs of the two earbuds will flash in white and blue alternately. After a successful pairing, the lights will slowly flash. If it is not connected to any device within 5 minutes, the headphones will enter a Sleep Mode. If you close the lid and then open it again, the pairing mode will initiate again.
    • In the Bluetooth menu of your device, search something AirFree 2, then click “Connect”, and it will connect successfully, then the LEDs on earbuds will turn off. 3.

  3. Reconnection
    • Open the charging case, the white lights of earbuds will be on for 1 second, then enter into reconnection mode. The LED lights will flash in white, then re-connect to your last device.
    • If it is not re-connected to any device within 15s, it will enter into a Searching & Pairing mode, the LED lights will slowly flash in white and blue. If there is no device connected to the headphones, it will enter into Sleep mode.

  4. Clear Bluetooth connection history: open the charging case (earbuds are in the case), long-press the button on the charging case for 8 seconds and it will clear the pairing history in the phone Bluetooth menu.

Connection

Power

Power On
When the charging case is opened, the LEDs on earbuds will flash in white and blue alternately, and then slowly flash after successful pairing.

Power Off
Put earbuds back into the charging case, and then close the lid.

Awaken
Put the earbuds on your ears to wake them up.

Touch Control

Answer Calls / End Calls
Double click the right/left earbud. (In both mono/stereo mode)
Reject Calls
Long press the right/left earbud for 2 seconds. (In both mono/stereo mode)

Music Playback / Pause the Music

  • When the music is paused, double click the right/left earbud to play.
  • Taking off either earbud during the music playback will pause the music; putting any earbud on again, the music will start playing again.

Triple-click right earbud
Volume –
Triple-click left earbud

ANC On / Off

  • ANC On: The earbuds are in pass-through mode by default, long press 2 seconds to activate ANC mode (press either the left or right earbud).
  • ANC Off: When ANC is on, long press 2 seconds to turn off ANC and switch to pass-through mode (press either the left or right earbud).
  • Turn Off Pass-Through Mode: Turn off in the app.

Voice Assistant

  • Turn On: Tap 3 times to activate voice assistant (when not in a call).
  • Turn Off: Phone controlled.

Battery Prompt

Low Battery Alert

When the battery is low, the white LED will flash twice per second with an interval of 10 seconds; when there are 25-30 minutes of use time left, you will hear a voice prompt every 5 minutes, about 5-6 times.

  • The specific time is related to the use of the headphones.

LED Indicator for Case Battery Status

  • Battery Life<20%: LED indicator will flash in red for 8 seconds.
  • 20%≤Battery Life≤80%: LED indicator will flash in yellow for 8 seconds.
  • Battery Life≥80%: LED indicator will flash in green for 8 seconds.

Charging

Use the USB Type-C to Type-C Cable to Charge the Case
The red LED on the charging case indicates the case is charging.
A single full charge needs approximately 43 minutes. The blue LED on the charging case indicates the case is fully charged.

To Charge the Charging Case with Wireless Charger.
The red LED on the charging case indicates the case is charging.
A single full charge needs approximately 120 minutes. The blue LED on the charging case indicates the case is fully charged.

To Charge the Earbuds with the Charging Case.
Put the earbuds in the correct slots and close the lid of the charging case.
The blue LED will indicate they are charging.
A full charge will take around 45 minutes. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.
