Troubleshooting
Heart Rate Signal Missing
The smartwatch continuously monitors your heart rate during your exercise and
daily life. Sometimes the watch might not get a correct heart-rate signal. In
this case, the missing heart rate data will appear as a dotted line.
If the heart rate signal cannot be obtained, confirm that you are wearing the
watch correctly first, ensure it is not too tight or too loose.
After adjustment, turn on real-time heart rate monitoring to monitor.
If there is still no heart rate data, check if the heart rate monitoring
function is turned on the 【Omthing Watch 】APP.
Others
If you cannot pair to the watch, click “Settings – Bluetooth” on your phone and check whether there is a signal from the smartwatch. If yes, it means Bluetooth working normally. Please check if the watch is paired with other phones, if so, please unpair it. For iOS device users, you can click “Settings – Bluetooth – Ignore this device” and then pair it.
