able to properly install and operate the unit.
Wi-Fi Connection -the product adopts latest car wifi point to point wireless
connection technology. No any interference with other wireless devices.
Install this Wi-Fi backup camera system on your car as if it has another
“eye”. It can help you back up or look around your car when trying to change
lanes on expressways. Moreover, it can provide reliable security for you.
About APP:
Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
Requires Android 4.0.3 or later, Compatible with Android devices.
About WiFi:
The default name of WiFi: SWD_XXXXXXXXX
This wifi does not require a password and can be directly connected.
Easily connect phone, see at any time
Emit radio signals and cell phone WIFI wireless connection, do not consume
flow through mobile phones can watch In real-time picture.
APPLICATION INSTALL
Scan the QR code with QR Scanner or other app, then open the link in Safari or
other web browser, then download it and install.
Search the keyword ” SWD Camera ” in App Store or Google Play, then you will
find the app, download and install.
WIRING INSTRUCTION
Camera Connection:
- Choose the camera locations.
- Locate the reversing lights or running lights wiring on your vehicle.You may need to remove the interior panel in order to locate.Connect the red wire of the power cable to the positive and the black wire to the ground.
CONNECT DEVICE WIFI
Open the WLAN interface, find the wifi named < SWD_XXXXXXXXX > and connect
it, then open the app. Now you can see real-time video on your phone screen.
APP FUNCTION
Touch the icon on the app, you can switch the front/rear view, turn on/off the guidelines and screen shoot.
Troubleshooting
Keep getting ERR:301 when you try to actually connect
The trouble is that our app is not compatible with some brand phones.Please
contact our customer service team, they will give solutions.
No image on screen
Verify the camera is connected correctly.Open the WIFI setting to see if you
can find the hot spots that the camera produces.If there is no camera wifi,
the camera does not start working.
FW Version
This will happen on iPhone and iPad. Please confirm that the camera wifi
hotspot has been connected before opening the app.
Weak signal
For some long cars, there may be weak signals, please contact us, we will send
you an extra antenna for free to ensure that the camera can work normally.
CAUTIONS
- This product has passed CE certification, but because the electromagnetic environment is complex in car, the camera may generate electromagnetic interference with other electrical equipment in some models of car.
- Please don’t install or operate the device during the driving.
- Make sure the device not be impacted or shocked, otherwise will cause damage to the device.
- Stop using the device before cleaning or maintaining the product.
- Please don’t use the chemical solvents or detergent to wash the device.
- Please don’t tear or re-install the device by yourself.
- The normal temperature scope of the device using is at-20 degree~65 degree,one exceeding this scope, the device may be damaged.
- Please use the product within the legal allowed.
