Purifier not working.| The appliance has an assembly protection feature. if
the air inlet and outlet grilles are not installed correctly, the appliance
will not function.| Check if the connecting cable is connected to the electric
socket; a plug that is loosened because the purifier has been moved may
affect power connection.
Then check if the inlet and outlet grilles have been installed properly.
The purifier is noisy although it contains a small amount of air.|
Purification or filter replacement reset
has been performed, but the filter has not
been cleaned or replaced. Air transfer
through the filter is disturbed. The cause
may also be an object on the walls of
the air inlet or outlet.| First check if there are objects blocking the air
inlet or outlet grille and if yes, remove them. Then check if the pre-filter
is soiled or
its lifespan is running out; if necessary, clean it. In the end, check if the
HEPA filter is full of dust and if its lifespan is running out. Replace if
necessary.
---|---|---
The purifier emits an unpleasant smell.| During the first use, the appliance
will
have a faint smell of plastic, which
is normal. If the appliance operates in
places with intensive smell (like a smoking
room or grill area) for a longer period of
time, the filter must be replaced and reset frequently.| Check if the air
inlet or outlet grilles are full of dust or dirt. If yes, ensure maintenance
of the appliance and clean the dust and dirt from the air inlet/outlet grille
pre-filter.
Can air purifiers and air humidifiers be used in
the same room?| A humid environment has a bigger impact
on the filtering element, and the
the mist generated by an ultrasound air
a humidifier can affect the detection of PM2.5 particles.| Avoid
simultaneously operation of air purifier and humidifier in the direct
the proximity of each other.
