Safety, Environmental and Setup Instructions

  •  Use the device in dry indoor environments only.
  •  Protect the device from humidity.
  •  This apparatus is for moderate climates areas use, not suitable for use in tropical climates countries.

INITIAL USE

Before the operation, please make sure that the VOLTAGE mentioned on the power supply is same as the voltage of your local area.

Mains Power:
Connect the mains adapter (included) to the DC 5V IN socket and the mains socket. Disconnect the mains adapter from the mains socket if you want to switch the unit off completely.

Battery Power:
Insert 4*AA batteries (Not included) correctly by following the polarity (+ or -) indications in the battery compartment.
When the DC power supply is connected to DC IN batteries are disabled, If no batteries are inserted unit will lost settings in power failure.

Clock Display time
For initial use, the unit will automatically display time “0:00” in standby mode.
Auto return to clock display mode when no operation in 30 s.

Display protection foil
Pls. remove the display protection foil from the screen at the first use.

BASIC OPERATIONS

  • Press / Mode button to enter the working mode.
  • Press and hold / Mode button to turn off the unit in standby mode.
  • Press and hold / Mode button when the unit is in Standby to switch off the display announcement.

Selecting Modes
Press the / Mode button repeatedly to switch between modes (FM / BT / USB)

Adjusting Volume

Turn the volume -/+ dial to decrease/increase the volume. Total 16 level volume and it displays 00-15

ERP power management ( BT/USB Mode Only)

  • The unit will switch to standby mode ( ERP) if there is not input signal in 15mins under BT/USB mode.
  • Remark: In FM mode can’t into ERP power management
  • Press / Mode on the front to wake the device up from standby mode.

FM RADIO

To switch the unit from BT / USB to FM mode, press the “ / Mode” repeatedly until “tu” is displayed.

Auto Store
To search for an FM station, you need to press and hold the “Memory” button. The unit will scan from 87.5MHz-108MHz. Once a station has been found, the station will be save in P01-P20.

Auto Tune
To search FM station automatically, press and hold the < or > buttons The auto search is starting and it stops at the next available station.

Manual Tune
To search FM station manually, press the < or > buttons repeatedly until your desired frequency is reached.

Recalling a Preset Station
For preset recall press the “Memory” button. Press “Memory” repeatedly to select your desired preset station number from P01-P20. Each press will skip 1 number.

USB Operation

To switch the unit from BT/FM to USB mode, press the / Mode button repeatedly until USB is displayed.

  • Insert the flash drive with MP3 (WAV and MP3).
  • The unit will auto-read the files and play.
  • Press ”Memory“ to control PLAY/STOP
  • Press < or > button for last or next song.

Bluetooth Operation:

To switch the unit from USB / FM to BT mode, press the / Mode repeatedly until BT is displayed.

Connection:
BT flash to indicate the unit is searching for the device for pairing. Check the device list under your BT setting in the smart playing device.
Selected TR250 and connected. (If code is needed, 0000/1234) Tone announces that the connection is successful. Press and hold “Memory“ to disconnected the BT device.
Press the “Memory” button to fast connect again with the device. Remark: If BT leaves the reception area (10 meter/30 feet), the device will auto-connect with the device if the device come back to the reception area in 10 mins.

Operation:
Press “Memory” to control PLAY/STOP
Press < or > button for previous or next song.

CLOCK FUNCTIONS

  • Time setting (24 Format)
  • Set the unit in standby mode.
  • Press and hold “Memory“ for 2 seconds.
  • Press < or > repeatedly when finding the display “CL” flicker
  • Press “Memory“ again to enter the time setting. “0:00 ” flicker.
  • Press < or > to choose the Hour and press „Memory“ to confirm the setting. Press < or > to choose the min and press „Memory“ to confirm the setting. Finished time setting and press / Mode to quit the setting.

ALARM SETTING

Set the unit in standby mode.

Alarm 1 or 2 sets:

  • Press and hold ”MEMORY“ for 2 seconds.
  • Press < or > repeatedly when finding the display “AL1” or “AL2” flicker
  • Press ”MEMORY“ to enter the “AL1” or “AL2” setting.
  • Press < or > to switch from “off” ,”on” and “set”
  • Press ”MEMORY” to enter alarm signal setting when “set” is flicker,
  • Press < or > to switch from “TU”(FM), “BU”(Buzzer), USB, and selected the wake-up signal. Press “MEMORY” to confirm the selection and enter to Alarm time setting.
  • Press < or > to choose the Hour and press “MEMORY” to confirm the setting.
  • Press < or > to choose the min and press “MEMORY” to confirm the setting.

Snooze:
Press “VOLUME/SLEEP“ to enter the Snooze function.
The alarm will be active every 9 mins

Turn Off Alarm
Press / Mode to stop the alarm when then AL1 or AL2 is on.

SLEEP MODE SETTING

  • Switch the unit on.
  • Press and hold “VOLUME/SLEEP“ to enter the sleep setting.
  • Press < or > repeatedly to select the “0FF” “10”-“90” and press “VOLUME/SLEEP“ again to confirm the sleep mode.
  • The sleep mode start counting down after confirmation, when the time is elapsed the unit is switching off.

HEADPHONE
Turn down the volume before connecting the earphones. To listen to music privately, use headphones with a 3.5 stereo jack plug and connect it to the headphones socket. The speakers will then be muted.

To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
