If you don’t want to enable this setting, you can tum off *Ciptimize Battery Charging” in Settings – Battery – Battery Health – Optimized Battery  Charging.

2. Please check if the device temperature is #0 high, the charging will resume when the phone temperature drops. (It will stows down in summer)
