AXON A-360 Rechargeable BTE Hearing Aid
Intended Use
Thank you for the purchase of our hearing aid. If you find it’s difficult to
hear very well from others, a hearing aid can help you regain your hearing so
you can live the life you’re used to.
Wearing a hearing aid means rediscovering the pleasure of gathering with
friends and family, feeling more confident at work, and enjoying movies, music
and TV programs.
Scope of application: Hearing compensation for air conduction hearing loss
people.
Contraindications: Acute Otitis Externa, Oearmtis, Chronic suppurative otitis
media, and allergic patients to this product.

Choosing the right size of the Ear Tip that suits your ear.

To make the Ear Tip connect with the head of the Ear Tip.
Turning your instrument on and off
Turn on and off
Turning the switch into ‘N’, the Hearing Device will start to work. Turning
the switch into ‘O’, the Hearing Device will shutdown.
Volume Control
Adjust the Hearing Device volume by rolling the volume knob back and forth.
The bigger number you get, the louder volume you can hear.
Bluetooth Switch
When the Hearing Device turned on, pressing and holding the ‘M’ Mode button
for 2 seconds to hear the voice “Power on”, and the indicator flashes,
indicating that the Bluetooth function is enabled and the pairing status is
entered.
Bluetooth Connection Method
Tum on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, find the name of the
Bluetooth device and click the connection. (Note: The Bluetooth can not work
if battery low, but thesound amplifier can work normally, because the power
consumption of the sound amplifier is smaller, so please charge it when the
Bluetooth function is not used.)
Bluetooth Usage:
- When the calls come in, short press the ‘M’ Button to answer or hang up, press and hold for 2 seconds to reject the connection;
- When playing music, short press the ‘M’ Button to achieve pause/ play;
- When there is no audio signal input to the Hearing Device, Bluetooth will automatically switch to a standby state and automatically switches to the Hearing Device function after I 0 seconds. And after a certain period, the Bluetooth function is automatically turned off.
Applying your Hearing Device
Hold the earplug between your index finger and thumb very carefully insert
into the ear canal. Gently push the back of the ear to help insert the earplug
into the ear canal. (PI)
(Notice: The Hearing Device should be shutdown or volume down, and try to push
the earplug as tightly as possible to avoid the howling.)(P2)
b. Attach your Hearing Device behind your ear.
Removing your Hearing Device
- Tum the volume down, or you will hear howling;
- Shutdown the Hearing Device;
- Take the Hearing Device instrument behind your ear, use your thumb and forefinger to grasp the earplug in your ear, and gently remove it from your ear.
Charging the hearing aid
- When the sound of the hearing aid is very small and the hearing aid does not work, the hearing aid might with low battery, please charge the hearing aid in time.
- Turn off the hearing aid when charge, and insert one end of the charger K05050-2 DC 5V 500mA into the hearing aid.
- Plug the charger into power outlet.
- The new hearing aid should be charged for 4 hoursfor first few times you use, for second time it’s bettercharge after running out of the battery, so necessaryafter three consecutive cycles, the battery is easy toachieve the best condition.

Transport storage method
Transportation conditions: prevent falling, handle with care, prevent rain and
rain or mechanical collisions, keep dry.

0°C~40°C, humidity:S80%,non-corrosive Gas, dry ventilated Room Atmospheric
pressure 86kPa~ 106kPa

Things to Remember (Cautions)
- If you feel whistling sound, please make sure if you put the earplug tightly, or if you use a appropriate size earplug.
- Please don’t use the hearing aid at a high volume for a long time, it will damage your hearing.
- Please maintain the product all the time in order to avoid the earplug and microphone opening being blocked by foreign objects.
- Please don’t use when showering, swimming, raining or wet environment, please don’t expose the hearing aid under sunshine, get close to a stove or other heat sources.
- Please protect the hearing aid carefully and avoid dropping it on the floor.
- Keep the hearing aid away from the children.
- The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing.
- The plug of adaptor is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
- Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
- A warning that batteries ( battery pack or batteriesi nstalled ) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
- Waste batteries cannot be treated as ordinary municipal waste, please use battery handling facilities to protect the environment.
- This product is not suitable for infants aged 36 months and under.
Warning:
- Fitting the hearing instrument that there may be a risk of impairing the remaining hearing of the patient.
- Keep small parts that can be swallowed out of children’s reach.
- Do not to use the hearing instrument in an explosive or oxygen riched atmospheres environment.
- This hearing instrument must only be used by the intended person and not by others.
- Dropping, immersing in liquid, strong electromagnetic fields or excessive heat could damage the hearing instrument.
- If parts remain in the ear, if you can see the object in the ear and think you can remove it easily, carefully pull it out with a pair of tweezers. Be careful not to push it in deeper, and don’t poke at the ear or try to remove the object by force, you should see your doctor immediately if you can’t easily get the object out by yourself.
