ABOUT DIATOMITE
Diatomite comes from naturally fossilized Diatoms, which are single-celled aquatic algae. It is nearly a pure sedimentary deposit that consists almost entirely of silica. Some of the main properties which make diatomite valuable include high porosity, absorptive capacity, and insulating properties. The high porosity surface area of diatomite makes it very absorbent and able to dry quickly, which helps prevent the accumulation of bacteria.
NOTE: If the product has small black spots or micro-bubble holes, it is a natural phenomenon; it does not affect the function of the mat.

HOW TO USE
- In order to prevent the water absorption function of the floor mat from being damaged, please do not use it inside the shower. Place it outside of the shower or tub.
- To clean, wipe off dirt with a damp cloth or use the supplied fine sandpaper to clean the surface.
- When the floor mat is placed horizontally, the maximum load is 199 lbs. (90 kg).
- Avoid standing on and soaking the mat for a long period of time. Too much water at once will cause damage to the mat.
- Please be careful and avoid dropping and colliding the top of the mat against other hard surfaces to avoid damage and breakage of the product.
- A small amount of powder will appear when the mat is taken out of the packaging or moved around. This is a natural phenomenon (simply clean the surface with a damp cloth).
- After a period of use, the water absorption effect is not as good as when the item was initially purchased. To restore the effectiveness of the absorption, put the mat in a ventilated place to dry, or use the supplied fine sandpaper
to lightly grind the surface.

Your Medic Therapeutics product is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace your device at any time should it fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to the certain limitations. This limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your Medic Therapeutics product is not functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, we will reserve the right to change it for a similar or newer model. Please note that a flat rate of $8.00 will be charged to cover a service evaluation fee and return shipping of your device. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
