DIGITAL LED ALARM CLOCK WITH CABLE

Power supply
Even if you use the included power adapter, you can put batteries in the clock to provide a backup power source if the mains power is disconnected or fails. the batteries will not be used to power the clock as long as the mains power adapter provides power. Note that all batteries lose their charge over time even when unused. For this reason, you should replace all 3 batteries once a year with new ones. When replacing the batteries, leave the mains power adapter connected to preserve the clock’s settings.
Display in sleep mode:

  • When powered by battery only: to save battery capacity, the display is switched off in the sleep mode. Press the SNOOZl/1-RIGHT to light up the display for 10 seconds.
  • On mains power. the display is always on.
  • Sleep mode time display.
  • The two dots between the hour and the minutes flash once per second.
  • If the alarm function is activated, a red LED center-left of the display lights up.
  • If the clock Is set to a 12-hour display, a red LED lights up top left in the display at between 12.00 midday and 12 midnight.

Setting the time:
From ‘Display in sleep mode’.

  1.  Press the MODE button for three seconds; the clock display will flash.
  2.  Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly {keep the UP or DOWN button pressed to move uwdown more quickly).
  3.  Briefly press the MODE button once; the minutes display will flash.
  4.  Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly to set the minutes (keep the UP or DOWN button pressed to move uwdown more quicl<ly).
  5.  Briefly press the MODE button once; the display will show ’24Hr’ or 12Hr’.
  6.  Press the DOWN button to switch between a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
  7.  Press the MODE button once to confirm the time and complete the process.

Setting  the alarm

From ‘Display in sleep mode’.

  1.  Briefly press the MODE button; the two dots between the hours and minutes will stop flashing and the alarm Indicator will light up center-left. The display now shows the current alarm time.

  2. Press the MODE button for three seconds; the display shows:

  3. AL: the alarm function is switched off,

  4.  oNAL: the alarm function has been set.
    Press the UP or DOWN button to switch between -AL and all. When –AL is selected:
    Press the MODE button once. The display shows the alarm lime set. The display will return to the current lime after a few seconds. The alarm Indicator center left Is switched off. The alarm will NOT sound.
    When oNAL Is selected:

  5.  Briefly press the MODE button.

  6. Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly to set the required alarm line {keep the UP or DOWN button pressed to move up/down more quickly).

  7. Press the MODE button once; the minutes’ display will flash.

  8. Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly to set the required alarm minute {keep the UP or DOWN button pressed to move up/down more quickly).

  9. Press the MODE button once; the snooze time {see also alarm operation) will flash.

  10. Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly to set the snooze time (keep the UP or DOWN button pressed to move up/down more quickly) The snooze time can be set at between 5 and 60 minutes.

  11. Press the MODE button once to confirm the alarm time and complete the process. The display will return to the current time after a few seconds. The alarm indicator center-left remains on. The alarm will sound at the time that has been set.

Check the alarm lime:
From ‘Display In sleep mode’.
Briefly press the MODE button The two do1s between the hours and minutes will stop flashing and the alarm symbol will light up center-left. The display now shows the current alarm time. The display will return to the current lime after ten seconds.

Switching the alarm function on/off:
See instructions 1 and 2 under the ‘Setting the alarm’ function.

Using the alarm function

  • At the alarm time set, the alarm will sound for a maximum of one minute:
  • 10 second 1 beep/sec
  • 10 seconds 2 been sec
  • 10 seconds 4 beeP¥5ee
  • 30 seconds of continuous beeps If powered by battery: the display Islet up for this minute.
    • Press the SNOOZ RIGHT button. The alarm signal stops, but will sound again after the snooze time that has been set. During the snooze period, the alarm symbol will flash centre left in the display.
    • Press the back of the MODE, UP, or DOWN button to stop the alarm signal from sounding. The alarm clock will sound at the same time the next day.
    • If the button Is not pressed when the alarm sounds, the signal will stop automatically after 60 seconds. The alarm clock will sound at the same time the next day.

Night mode:
Introduction: if night mode is activated {ON}, the display will be dimmed in the evening; if the night mode is switched off (OFF) the display will alWays to lit to its fun intensity.

Setting the night mode:
From ‘Display in sleep mode’.

  1.  Press the MODE button twice; the display will show ON or OFF.
  2. Press the UP or DOWN button to switch between ON and OFF.

If OFF Is selected:
Press the MODE button once. The sett1ng Is saved and the display will remain at the same light intensity.

If ON is selected:

  1.  Press the MODE button for three seconds; the top dot between the hours and minutes will come on and the hours will be displayed.
  2.  Repeatedly press the UP or DOWN button to set the hour for the night mode to begin.
  3.  Press the MODE button once; the minute’s display will flash.
  4.  Repeatedly press the UP or DOWN button to set the minutes for the night mode to begin.
  5.  Briefly press the MODE button; the lower dot between the hours and minutes will come on and the minutes will be displayed.
  6.  Repeat steps 4, 5, and 6 to set the time On hours and minutes} for the night mode to switch off.
  7.  Press the MODE button once to confirm the setting and complete the process. The display will return to the current time after a few seconds.

Manually switching the night mode on/off:
Briefly press the UP button to switch the night mode on or off.

WARNING

  • ArfS replace all batteries at the same time. Never mix different types of batteries or use new and old batteries together.
  • Never dispose of batteries as domestic waste. Empty or faulty batteries contain substances that are harmful to the environment. Deposit used batteries in the special collection bins or as chemical waste at a waste collection point.
  • Remove empty batteries from the battery compartment as empty batteries are more likely to leak Including leak-proof batteries}.
  • If you are not going to use the product for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
  • Never allow children to replace batteries without proper supervision.

Maintenance

Clean the casing with a damp cloth with water or a mild detergent. Do not use solven1s such as alcohol, benzene or thinner, to avoid damaging the casing.
