USING THE BLENDER
Notes
- The vacuum process eliminates undesired froth, reduces and slows down oxidation. This keeps the ingredients fresh and lush for a longer time.
- When mixing with the air removed, the pulp and liquid are not separated – this delivers exquisite taste and drink consistency.
Put the closed container with the ingredients on the driver unit. After that, either adjust the speed manually or use one of the pre-set programmes (see Control). The blender is intended for preparation of juices, milk cocktails, smoothies, sauces, soups, baby food, diet food, purées, etc.
Recommendation
- You can also process hot liquids up to a temperature of 80 °C, e.g. sauces, soups.
- Never fill the container with liquids that make foam (e.g. milk) up to 1300 so that they do not overflow. In this case we recommend amounts approx. 750 ml.
RECOMMENDED SPEEDS FOR PROCESSING INGREDIENTS
This is a high-speed blender. The revolutions are within the range of 15000 –
32000 RPM. Always set the speed with regard to the kind and amount of
ingredients being processed, and particularly with regard to ripeness of fruit
and vegetables.

wet cloth with a little detergent. Clean all accessories in hot water with a

case of larger contamination of the knife, repeat the procedure several times,
or pour 1 l of water, add a small amount of detergent and switch the blender
on for 1 minute. Some ingredients can colour the accessories in some way. But
the change does not affect the function of the appliance and it is not a
reason for a claim. This colouring usually disappears after some time. Never
dry plastic moldings overa heat source (e. g. heater, electric/gas stove).
