Overview

Please try medium eartips first as they fit most people.

How to Connect

First time Connection:

1. Pick up both earbuds, pop both earbuds into the case to activate them.
2. Pick up both earbuds again.
3. On cellphone search for QCY-T1C and tap to connect.

*Pick them up and the will auto power on, otherwise please charge and try again.

Switch Connected Device:

1. Turn off phoneA´s Bluetooth faculty and earbuds will auto disconnect and turn connectable.
2. On phoneB, search for QCY-T1C and tap to connect.

*Multi-point connection is noc available. Earbuds will auto-reconnect to phoneB upon powering up again.

Factory Setting

Delete Connectivity Records:
(Please try the following steps if earbuds fail to connect)

1. On cellphone, delete the connectivity records of QCY-T1C.
2. Earbuds are power-off and out of case, hold MFBs for 10s or until LEDs blink red and blue 3 times to power on and set factory.

*After factory setting, please refer first Time Connection to build connection with cellphone.

How to Wear

1. Rotate earbuds and pop it into your ear, then shake head to check wearing stability.
2. Please adjust mic towards your mouth to gain better calling experience.

Three-way Calling & Switch:
Press MFB to answer incoming call. In another call is coming is sync, press MFB to put the first call on hold while activating the second call or hold MFB for 1s to ignore the second call. Double press MFB to switch between held call and activate call.

Mono Mode

1. Two earbuds paired before, power of them off then hold MFB on either earbud for 2s to power no. It will auto turn to be connectable to cellphone (LED blinks blue) after two earbuds re-pairing timeout.
2. On cellphone, search for QCY-T1C and tap to connect.
3. Connected

Charging Earbud
Push earbuds in case to power off and charge them. LEDs will glow solid red when charging and turn off once topped up.

Tips

1. Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
2. The headset need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the headset is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
5. If the headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode, if left unconnected for a long while, the headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode, if procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it, if a procedure error of the headsetoccurs, reboot or reset it.

Caveats

1. Never dissemble or modify your headset for any reasons to avoid any damage and danger.
2. Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator closet to the eyes of children or animals.
4. Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the headset. 6. Keep the headset dry.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
