• This product contains small parts that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from children.
• If at any time during activity you feel faint, dizzy or experience pain, stop and consult your physician or doctor.
• Make sure all fastenings are tightly in place and that everything is in order before using the product. This should be checked periodically by an adult.
• Do not overload the product. When transporting a heavy load, be careful when changing directions as the cart could easily tip over if moving too quickly.
• This product is intended for outdoor use only.
• This product is not a toy, and is only to be used for its designated purpose.
• Do not carry out alterations or modifications to this product.
• Clean only with a damp cloth. Do not use strong industrial cleaning substances.
• Leaving the product outside exposed to weather, especially direct sun and rain, will speed the weathering process. This can be slowed by removing the product from these conditions, or covering it with a suitable cover.
• Pinch points can cause personal injury.
• Do not discard any of the packaging until you have checked that you have all of the parts and fittings required.
• Use the correct fixings as indicated. Do not tighten any of the nuts until the unit is completely assembled, then finish by tightening all nuts. All nuts must be tightened before use.
• Keep away from fire.
• The maximum weight of this product is 200kg. Do not exceed this amount.

Assembly Instructions

Parts List:

1. Grab the barrow tub (A) and place it upside down on a flat surface. Then grab the frame (B) and align the holes on the tub and the frame and secure using one bolt on each side (I).
2. Next grab the Rear axle support with braces (E), and place it on the opposite end to where you attached the tub to the frame. Use six bolts (I) and 6 small bolt washers (J) to secure this onto the frame.
3. Attach the Front axle support with braces (F) to the frame (B) using 4 small bolts (I) and 4 small bolt washers (J).
4. Next attach the lock frame (D) onto the barrow tub (A) using 4 bolts (I) and 4 small bolt washers (J).
5. Slide the handle (C) into the handle coupler (G), and then attach this into the front axle support with braces (F). Make sure the holes of the handle and the coupler line up and secure using 1 long bolt (M) and long bolt washer (N).
6. Attach the 4 wheels (H) to each axle bar, and secure this by using 4 gaskets (L) and the large locking nut (K).

Tipping the plastic tray

• On the lock mechanism, pull the handle to release the lock and lift upwards.

Lowering the plastic tray

• Slowly push the plastic tray down. Pull the handle and release back into the locking holes.
