OVERVIEW

INSTRUCTION GUIDE

• Adult assembly required. Philips screwdriver required (not included).
• Never assemble/dismantle while baby is on mat. Always perform these actions away from the baby.
• Do not modify or alter this product in any way.
• Do not leave your children unattended for any time.
• Do not allow baby to play with the arches when they are not attached to the mat.

Other battery information:

• We recommend alkaline batteries for longer battery life.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Non rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the unit before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Check that all contact surfaces are clean and bright before installing batteries.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from a product.
• Do not burn batteries. Dispose of batteries in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Install new batteries and retry function before calling Consumer Relations on electronics.
• At the end of their useful life, dispose of the product/ batteries in an appropriate collection point.
• Use 3 AAA Batteries (1.5v type LR3). not included.

• DO NOT submerge other parts of the product in water.
• Remove the batteries for long-term storage or periods of non-use.

Operating the electronic feature

To operate, turn the switch to On mode.

Recording mode

• Move the mode switch to microphone (recording)
• Press-and-hold the bird’s tummy for two seconds until a red light appears.
• You can only record when the red light appears.
• The recording will stop automatically after 10 seconds or by repressing the bird’s tummy.

Listening to a recording

• Move the mode switch to Play
• Pressing or tapping the bird’s tummy will play the recording.
• When listening to the recording, an alternating blue and green light appears.

Feedback mode

• Move the mode switch to Feedback.
• Pressing or tapping the bird’s tummy to receiving feedback of alternating lights and music.

Music mode

• Move the mode switch to Music.
• Continuous music of 8 different tunes in a loop will play for 20 minutes.
• Pressing the button changes the tune.
