- Discontinue use of Stationary Activity Center when baby can walk unassisted.
- Allow only the child’s toes to touch the floor.
- Discontinue use of Stationary Activity Center if baby can stand flat footed in any mode, in the highest height position.
- Indoor use only.
- Adult assembly required.
- Tools needed: Phillips head screwdriver (not included).
- Reguires two AA alkaline batteries (not included).

NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep child in view while in product.

NEVER use near stairs. • To avoid tip over, place product on a flat, level surface.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
Strings can cause STRANGULATION.
- DO NOT place items with a string around child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
- DO NOT suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
Important Battery Information:
Keep these instructions as they contain important information. We recommend
alkaline batteries for longer battery life.
CAUTION: TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE:
- Always follow the instructions carefully. Use only specified batteries. Make sure to insert batteries with the correct polarity.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the product.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals
- Remove batteries when stored for long periods of non-use.
- RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES: Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
Recycle or dispose of batteries safely according to federal, state, and local laws.
- For use as a toddler play table:
- When child can stand up and walk unassisted to 5 years old.
- For use as a child stool and table:
- When child is from 2 to 5 years old or weighs up to 50 lb (22.7 kg).
Keep These Instructions For Future Use
- Remove all contents from packaging and discard box, protective plastic covering and/or poly bags.
- Wipe down activity center parts with warm soapy water before use.
- Lay out and identify all parts.

Note: For your convenience, the following parts may come pre-assembled:

A and B: Follow
instructions to be certain they haven’t loosened during shipping. -
C and D :
Separate parts by following step 1 below.
Assembly
Remove the Cover from the Main Tray C D :
Rotate the cover until the arrow on the cover is in line with the unlock
symbol on the main tray. Lift cover off main tray. You will use the cover in
step 3. Install Legs D E:
Turn activity tray upside down. Orient leg as shown with anti-slide foot
upward. Push leg into opening and ensure locking tab snaps in place. Repeat on
other two legs. Flip assembly onto its feet.
Assemble the Cover onto the Stool/Base C F:
Position cover with knob up. Fit stool top into wide and narrow grooves on
cover. Turn knob to lock cover. Flip assembly right side up.
Assemble Jumping Platform to the Main Assembly E F:
Snap the jumping platform onto the three knobs on the lower legs. Press firmly
to ensure it is secured. NOTE: Never install the jumping platform to the main
assembly without the cover in place.
WARNING: Make certain all legs and jumping platform are fully secured before proceeding.
To Attach Seat Pad A B : (may be pre-assembled) A Ensure seat pad is in
right orientation with print on inside and plain fabric exposed. Place seat
pad into seat ring with triangle tab aligning with triangle on front of seat
ring.
Note: The seat pad tab with a triangle (all other tabs have 2 lines)
should line up with the widest post.
B Insert the 8 tabs on seat pad into grooves on seat ring and fasten them to 8
posts.
To Attach Seat to Tray:
C with the top of the tray facing up, place seat ring into center of the tray
and press down until you hear two loud clicks.
- NOTE: Apply pressure around entire seat ring to ensure it snaps into place.
- IMPORTANT: Fabric seat must be secure before use. To make certain, pull up on seat fabric above each tab.
- NOTE: To detach fabric for washing, see Convert To Table section.
WARNING: Check seat tabs for security before each use.
Install and Replace Batteries G:
Using Phillips head screwdriver, remove battery compartment door on piano toy.
Insert two AA batteries (not included) into the compartment as indicated.
Replace and secure battery door.
Note: Reference battery compartment for proper battery orientation.
Troubleshooting: Install new batteries and re-try function before calling Consumer Care for issues about electronics. We recommend alkaline batteries for longer battery life.
Attach Piano G:
Reach under tray and press button up.
Note: It doesn’t matter which location – toys are inter changeable.
Align slot on bottom of piano to button and slide piano toward outer edge of
tray into place.
NOTE: Reverse procedure to remove piano.
Attach 5 Toys H:
- Reach under tray and press button up under each toy.
- Insert toy in opening, push down and turn toy clockwise into place. Repeat for other 4toys.
To Remove Toys for Play:
Reach under tray and press up on button under each toy. Turn toy counter-
clockwise and pull up.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

Use
Adjusting Height E:
- A Press jumping platform buttons and release from lower legs.
- B Press leg height button and slide button down.
- C Twist foot and adjust height to position 1, 2 or 3.
- D Twist foot back to in-use position.
- E Reattach jumping platform to lower legs.
- F Repeat above steps to ensure that all three legs are set to the same height.
- G Adjust height so your baby can stand comfortably making sure that only the ball of each foot is touching the floor/jumping platform. If the ball of each foot does not touch the floor/ jumping platform, lower the height. If baby stands flat-footed, raise the height.
Note: Discontinue use of the jumping platform if baby can stand flat footed in the highest position. Discontinue use of the seat if baby can stand flat-footed on the floor.
IMPORTANT: Always ensure that the legs are secure and the legs are set at
the same height before each use
CAUTION:
- NEVER adjust height with your child in seat.
- ALWAYS adjust before placing child in seat.
Spin and Jump Features:
Your child can spin 360° in the seat and jump on the center on the jumping
platform. Music G:
Adjust music volume to any of 3 levels. Turn off to conserve batteries.
Convert to Play Table and Stool
Remove Fabric Seat and Seat Ring A B:
- A Locate and push out the 3 seat ring tabs under the tray.
- B Push seat ring out of tray.
- C Disengage the tabs around the seat ring and remove seat pad. See “Wash Seat Pad” instructions on page 7.
NOTE: Remove toys, if desired, by referring to the Attach Toys section.
Convert to Play Table and Stool
- (A) Press button on jumping platform’s leg and pull leg up and out (for 3 legs). Remove jumping platform.
- (B) Turn jumping platform upside down, turn knob to unlock, and remove cover. Set cover aside for step 3.
- (C) To bend legs:
- Press button on underside of each leg and
- pull leg out to release it.
- Rotate leg up, then
- press leg downward until it clicks.
WARNING: To avoid serious injury, ALWAYS make certain all legs are fully secured before sitting on stool. DO NOT use cover when using the stool. ALWAYS REMOVE cover.
Assemble the Cover to the Main Tray C D:
Place the cover into the seat opening with the arrow on the cover lined up
with the unlock symbol on the activity center. Rotate the cover until the
arrow on the cover is in line with the lock symbol on the activity center.
NOTE: Remove the toys, if desired, referring to the Attach Toys section .
Care and Maintenance

Grip Strips: ALWAYS MAKE SURE GRIP STRIPS ARE KEPT CLEAN. Clean grip strips with water only.

Base and Tray Assembly: Surface wash with warm soapy water and allow to drip dry. Be sure to keep product away from direct sunlight or heat.

Toys: DO NOT SUBMERGE TOYS IN WATER. Surface wash and towel dry all toys.
NOTE: Make sure to wring out cloth thoroughly beforehand and allow to drip dry before use. -
Wash Seat Pad: Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Drip dry or line dry. No bleach. No iron.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty
- Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product (5-in-1 Stationary Activity Center) is free from material and workmanship defects when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the product contain defects in material or workmanship Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc., will repair or replace the product, at our option, free of charge. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping the product to Dorel Juvenile Group Consumer Relations Department at the address noted on front page and all other freight or insurance costs associated with the return. Dorel Juvenile Group will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Product should be returned in its original package accompanied by a proof of purchase, either a sales receipt or other proof that the product is within the warranty period This warranty is void if the owner repairs or modifies the product or the product has been damaged as a result of misuse.
- This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated previously, including but not limited to, any incidental or inconsequential damages.
