Product Overview Android TV Stick
- HDMI connector – Connect to an HDMI port on a TV
- LED –Display the status of the TV stick
- Micro USB port – Connect the Micro USB connector to this port
USB Y-CABLE
- Micro USB connector – Connect to the Micro USB port on the TV Stick.
- USB power connector –Connect to USB power adapter.
- IR Receiver-Use of the IR receiver to control the TV stick with its remote control when the TV stick in IR mode.
Voice Remote Guide
Before you begin, locate the 2 AAA batteries for the mecool TV stick Remote. Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the TV stick Remote control.
Get Started
Connect the TV Stick to your TV
- Plug the TV Stick into an HDMI port on your TV. If the TV dongle does not fit, need to use the HDMI extension cable.
- Connect the micro-USB cable between the Stick and the included power adapter. Plug the power adapter into an A/C power outlet.
- Turn on your TV, then press the TV’s Input or Source button to select the HDMI input that the TV stick is connected to. The LED on the TV stick lights and the remote control pairing screen is displayed on your TV.
Connect to Network
Mecool TV stick requires a wireless connection. Connect your device to the
Internet to access movies, TV shows, games, and apps. The TV Stick will
automatically detect wireless networks in your area. Select your network and
enter the password to connect.
Note:
- For optimal wireless performance, do not place your TV Stick in an enclosed cabinet, as it impacts signal strength to the device and remote control.
- For TV Stick, use the HDMI extender if your TV Stick is blocked by an object that may impact signal strength to the device and remote control.
Sign in to your google account
To use Google Assistant, Google play store, you must sign in to your Google Account.
System settings function:
Change the system language Open Settings-Device Preferences-Language to select system language.
Firmware Update
Run the update app,select OTA update, the device will detect and update to the latest verison.
Note: DO not power off the device during updating process. Please do not download any third party software to upgrade.This product belongs to genuine system. The upgrade will only be operated through OTA,or please contact the seller to upgrade.
Factory data reset
Open “Settings-Device Preferences-About-Factory Reset”, be carefully to do this, after factory data reset, all data will be erased.

Troubleshooting
In any case, please do not open it by yourself or try to repair the TV stick, so as not to invalidate the warranty. If any problems occur, you can check them first by referring to the methods listed below. If you are unable to resolve the issue through the list below, please contact the dealer for assistance.
