Petru Is is an AIoT wearable device that detects the emotions of your pets using their voice and uses activity sensing for better physical care and emotional communication with your pets. In the case that the owner leaves for travel or work, Petpuls allows the owners to remotely monitor their pets by equipping them with Petpuls loT.   • A wireless router is necessary as this product requires an internet connection.
  • The router’s SSID and password are required to set up your device.
  • The SSID is the name of the wireless router your phone is connected to.

Powering ON and OFF

  • To turn ON: Press and release the power button after 2 sec
  • To turn OFF: Press and release the power button after 2 sec

  • Rated Input: DC 5.0V 0.7A-1.2A

Downloading Petpuls App On Your Smartphone
Connecting your device to a wireless router
Connecting your device to a wireless router only occurs once or when the router is changed. LAB T RPL0011 Petpuls Dog Collar -

  • After downloading move to the screen shown in <Image 2> by pressing the button on the upper right-hand corner of the screen shown in <Image 1>.

  • Turn on your device by pressing the power button for 3 seconds.

  • After a moment the device will enter preparation mode, indicated by alternately flashing green/red LED lights.

  • If Green/Red LED lights do not flash, press the reset button shown in <Image 2> for 5 seconds.

  • If alternating Green/Red LED lights appear, press ‘next’ to move to the screen shown in <Image 3>.

  • A screen will appear saying `Search for Wi-Fr. Then, a device number input and wireless router selection screen will appear.

  • As shown in <Image 3>, the pp will find your device and display the device number.v If you own multiple devices, a list of devices will appear and you can choose the device number of the device you wish to connect. The device number is written on the back of the device.)

  • You will be moved to the screen shown in <Image 4> after pressing ‘please select a router to connect to’.
    The app needs to send wireless router information to the device.

  • Select the router you wish to connect to from the list of connectable wireless routers.

  • Enter the router’s password as shown in <Image 3>.

  • Press “next” to move to the screen shown in <Image 5>

  • The device’s LED lights will turn orange for 5 seconds before turning off.

  • After the LED light turns off, press ‘next’

  • When all LED lights are turned off, it indicates that the device has successfully connected to the router. Then, enter your pet’s information using the next screen as a reference.
    If alternate flashing of green/red light continues. Press the restart button for 5 seconds before retrying the process.

  • We Petpuls provide compensation for the device following the consumer damage compensation regulations shown below.

  • If you cannot access the place of purchase or our agency in case of device damage, please receive help horn a service center or a designated cooperative company.

  • Compensation status and details will be resolved within 7 days of the requested date, and damage compensation will be resolved within 14 days of notification.
