Wireless charger transmitting terminal description

This product realizes short-distance radio energy transmission through electromagnetic induction, and the receiver compatible with Qi standard can use this product for charging. Induction wireless charger supports fast charging of 15W (compatible with 10W and 7.5W 5W downward), and it also has the function of touch sensitive automatic expansion clamp.

4.2 Transmitting working indication
Power on Indicator: green and blue lights flash alternately once
Standby Indicator: blue light on, the arm open
Charging Indicator: blue light breaching
Full charging Indicator: blue light breaching
Foreign object Indicator: green and blue lights flash alternately
Abnormal voltage Indicator: blue light flashes

4.3 Working mode
4.3.1 Power on: clamp open
4.3.2 Standby: the clamp is normally open, touch the key, the clamp is closed and then opened back to the original normally open state
4.3.3 Working: in standby mode, any object that can be sensed by the coil is placed within the sensing range of the coil, and the clamp is closed.
Touch the key, the clamp opens and pauses 5S.
After 5S, if the mobile phone is taken off, the clamp will not move, and it will be in the maximum opening state,
When FOD (foreign object alarm) is triggered in the working state, and the clamp remains closed
4.3.4 Outage
The clamp in the closed state: touch the key, then the clamp is opened, and touch the key again to close the clamp (Touch failure when Super Capacitor voltage is lower than main control working voltage)
The clamp in the open state: touch the key, the clamp is closed, and touch the key again to open the clamp (Touch failure when Super Capacitor voltage is lower than main control working voltage)

4.4 Circuit protection function
4.4.1 Input under-voltage protection: 5 V ≤ 4.5 V, 9 V ≤ 8 V, when the voltage lower than this value, the product will not work normally (excluding connecting wire)
4.4.2 Input over-voltage protection: 5 V ≥ 6 V, 9 V ≥ 10.5 V, when the voltage exceeds this value, the product will not work normally (excluding connecting wire)
4.4.3 FOD foreign object detection: use 25mm diameter metal, stop working after detecting foreign object

Operating environment and maintenance

6.1 Do not use this product near a strong magnetic field.
6.2 Please do not use unapproved or incompatible power supply or charger, otherwise it may cause product failure, Fire, explosion or other hazards.
6.3 Please use this product within the range of temperature -10 ~+45, and at temperature -20 ~+65. Enclose the product in the enclosure. When the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it may cause product failure, fire or the explosion.
6.4 Please keep the equipment dry. Rain, moisture and all kinds of moisture can cause circuit damage.
6.5 Before cleaning and maintenance, please stop using the product and disconnect the product power.
6.6 Please do not use detergent, alcohol and other cleaning products, use clean, dry soft cloth to wipe.
6.7 Do not throw, knock or pull the product components to avoid product failure

Safety Cautions

Please read and follow the following instructions when using this product in the car.
7.1 When the mobile phone falls due to user error triggering or strong magnetic or electro static interference, etc. The vehicle should be parked in the safety area of the road to pick up the mobile phone. Please do not pick up the mobile phone while driving.
7.2 Please keep in mind that safe driving is your first duty. Do not operate this product while driving, or do somethings will distract you.
7.3 Please do not install this product on the car airbag or airbag after expansion can be reached area. Otherwise, when the airbag inflates, the product may be compressed by the airbag to the occupants person causes harm.
7.4 Please check the firmness of the installation of this product regularly to avoid the loss of control of the vehicle and cause damage to the personnel.
A minimum separation distance of 20 cm must be maintained between the antenna and the person for this appliance to satisfy the RF exposure requirements.
