Button Functions

LED Indicators: Blinking blue LED, speaker awaiting Bluetooth connection; Solid blue LED, Bluetooth connection established or AUX/TF/USB Mode; Slow blinking blue LED, music paused; Rapid blinking blue LED Max/Min Volume level reached; Red blinking LED, battery low Power On button: Press and hold 2 seconds to power speaker on. Short press to check battery level: 1) LED indicator blinking 4 times means 100% full battery; 2) LED indicator blinking 3 times means 75% battery; 3) LED indicator blinking 2 times means 50% battery; 4) LED indicator blinking 1 time means 25% battery Press: Volume up; Press and hold: next songPlaying music: Press once to play/pause; incoming call, short press to answer, long press to reject, and short press to hang up the call. Port Function Indicators

AUX In
Connect audio cable, audio prompt “Ding” shifts to AUX mode automatically

Charging indicator
Red LED is on when charging. Red LED turns off once fully charged

USB Type- C Charging Cable
Connect DC 5V-1A adapter for charging

USB Flash Port
Insert USB Flash disk when speaker powered on. Audio prompt “Ding ding” indicates ready to play songs from USB Flash disk.

Micro SD play
Insert Micro SD card with speaker powered on. Audio prompt “Ding ding” indicates ready to play songs from Micro SD.

Data access
Insert Micro SD card when speaker is powered off. Use an USB-A Male plug to USB-A Male plug data cable (not included) to connect to PC, press “M” button to enter SD card mode to then copy music files to Micro SD card.

Bluetooth Connection

Power On
Press and hold “Power” button for 2 seconds. When you hear the audio prompt “Ding ding” and “ding” the blue LED will blink, indicating that the speaker is awaiting Bluetooth connection.
Connect to Bluetooth
Go to your device’s Bluetooth list, find and connect to the device “MY MAXX 2”. Speaker is connected when you hear the audio prompt “Ding ding” and the blue LED remains lit. The MAXX 2 can reconnect automatically when Bluetooth is switched ON on the device.

Other tips
To connect to another Bluetooth device, press and hold “Power” and “M” buttons at the same time to disconnect the current Bluetooth device. MAXX 2 will enter pairing mode to await new device connection.

True Wireless Stereo Function

  1. TWS connection
    Before starting, the speakers cannot be connected to any Bluetooth devices. Power on both MAXX 2 speakers at the same time (both LED lights will be flashing). Choose one speaker and press the “+” and “-” buttons at the same time. Once connected, the other MAXX 2 LED light will stop blinking.

  2. Let TWS Speakers connect to Bluetooth device
    Go to the device’s Bluetooth list, find “MY MAXX 2” to connect (if you see 2 MY MAXX 2 on the list, the speakers are not in TWS mode) and the LED light will stop blinking.

  3. TWS disconnect
    On the MAXX 2, press “+” and “-” buttons to disconnect the TWS

Tips

  1. Connecting two MAXX 2 (TWS Mode) on the first one press “+” and “-”, this speaker will become the master speaker (left channel) and the other will become the slave speaker (right channel)
  2. Only supports two speakers under TWS connection
  3. Speakers will remember the TWS relationship (master/slave) when reconnected
  4. Once TWS is connected, the slave speaker’s LED will be ON and the master speaker’s LED indicates the status of play, pause, Bluetooth connection, etc.
  5. When TWS is connected the functions are the same on each MAXX 2 speaker (synchronous functions)
  6. When powering ON both MAXX 2 speaker at the same time, if the LED is solid on one and other is blinking, the speakers are in TWS mode

FAQ

Cannot connect

  1. Restart the speaker
  2. If Passcode is required, enter 0000

Discontinuity

  1. Ensure there is no more than 10M (30’) between the device and speaker
  2. Ensure there are no barriers between the device and speaker

Micro SD cannot play

  1. The Micro SD should be formatted as FAT32
  2. The formats of music files should be WAV, MP3, WMA

No sound when playing

  1. Check the volume levels & adjust
  2. Check if paused or muted

Cannot power on

Check for low battery No response
Reset the speaker (hold power button for 8 – 10 seconds)
