You can, indeed! I can even link my Beats ft. pro to it! Just go to the settings and leave them there. The remote will then appear to be permanently attached, ready for you to pair with anything.
Can a 100-inch screen be projected from 15 to 18 feet away?
The image would be larger than 100 inches when viewed from a distance of 15 feet, but you can always use digital zoom to make it smaller or larger.

Only an AC adaptor. It requires a 19V DC input and uses a substantial amount of power (AC adapter specs is 3A max, which is 57W max). Since USB operates at 5V DC, I don’t believe it can supply enough power.
What size projector do you have? Is it lightweight and transportable?
The size of a coconut, this movie projector weights roughly two pounds. Having a movie night in the backyard is the most fun you can have!
Can you access Hulu, Amazon Prime, or Netflix?
An HDMI port is on the projector. To view those apps, I pair mine with a fire stick.
Do I understand correctly that this device has no battery and needs to be connected into the wall with an AC adapter all the time?
Exactly. zero battery. Power must be connected using an AC adaptor.
