Use and Care
All Tiles are water-resistant. If a Tile needs cleaning, use a damp cloth. Tiles work best between -10°C (14°F) and 60°C (140°F). Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperature could affect their performance. CHOKING HAZARD- Tile devices are fun, but they’re not toys. Ultra, Pro and Mate contain coin cell batteries which are hazardous when ingested. Keep batteries out of reach of young children and pets.

Environmental Considerations
Like most technological devices, your Tile devices may contain hazardous substances that could impact health and the environment when misused. Tile devices are 99% recyclable – wve encourage recycling your used device and battery by taking them to your local e-waste center. For more information on the collection systems for e-waste, please contact your local or regional waste administration.

Battery Replacement
All of our Tile devices run a full year guaranteed. Mate, Sticker and Slim have non-replaceable batteries. Ultra and Pro have a replaceable CR2032 battery. You can easily remove and replace the battery in Ultra and Pro yourself by following the simple instructions below.tile-powerful-tracker-

Article 12
Without permission, any company, firm or user shall not alter the frequency, increase the power, or change the characteristics and functions of the original design of the certified lower power frequency electric machinery.

Warranty Statements
Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not cover collateral damage. Due misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate use of this product are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover consumable parts, including batteries, unless damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship of the Product, or software (even if packaged or sold with the Product). Tile recommends that you use only approved/certified battery. This product is not a toy or edible. Mobile device casings can interfere with signal strength and decrease Tile’s visibility.
