Instrusction

Turn ON / OFF

♦ Turn ON

  1. Open the charging case, earbuds automatically turn on.
  2. Long press L/R earbuds for 2 seconds to turn on LA earbuds.

♦ Turn OFF

  1. Put the earbuds in the charging case and close it, the earbuds automatically turn off
  2. Top once on LIR earbud and long press 2 seconds, both earbuds turn off.

Bluetooth Connection

Open the charging case( or pick up two earbuds), when the L/R earbud orange green indicator light flashes alternately, the eorbuds are ready to pair, Turn on the bluetooth function on your device(mobile phone) to search, Choose “GIEC CandyPons” on the bluetooth list to pair, When the indicator light on earbuds turn off, earbuds successfully connect with your device.

Mono Mode

  1. Pick up either earbud and close the charging case, then process to Bluetooth connection.
  2. Men you are using both earbuds, place either earbud into the charging case and close it, another earbud will be in mono mode

Play Music

Play/Suspend: Top once on either earbud; Next Track: Double-tap on either earbud; Previous Track: Triple-tap on either earbud.

Active Voice Assistant Long-press either earbud for 7 seconds.

Switch Music / Game Mode

Quadruple tap on either earbud.

Low Battery Alert

♦ Earbuds When the earbuds battery < 15%, a voice prompt will appear and orange indicator light of the earbuds will flash once;  When the earbuds are running low on battery, they will automatically turn off.

• Charging Cose

When charging the case battery 415%, the orange indicator light of the charging case will ‘lash.

Charging

  • Earbuds Place the earbuds into the charging case, the charging case will automatically charge the earbuds, the orange indicator light on the earbuds keeps on, and the orange indicator light on the charging case keeps on. When the earbuds are fully charged, the green Indicator lights of the earbuds are on for 5 seconds then off, once the orange indicator light on the charging case is off.
  • Charging Case When charging the charging case via Type C charging cable, the green indicator light of the charging case flashes, after the charging case is fully charged, the green indicator light keeps on

FAQs:

♦ Earbuds can not connect with the mobile phone, how to deal with it?

First, please confirm whether the earbuds ore in pairing status, if yes, the orange and green indicator lights of LJR earbuds flash alternately. Second, before connecting, please make sure that the earbuds or the mobile phone has not connected with other devices. After checking the above problems, still can not connect, first please top once on LIR earbud and long press 1.5 seconds to turn off the earbuds. Second please long press L/R earbuds 12 seconds to reset, after resetting, the green indicator light will be on 2 seconds then off. Next, long-press L/R earbuds 1.5 seconds to manually turn on earbuds for pairing.

♦ Earbuds cannot hear the sound?

First, please make sure that the earbuds are turned on to work; Second, please confirm whether the earbud’s volume has been adjusted, Third, please confirm whether the earbuds are successfully connected to the mobile phone; Forth, please confirm whether the earbuds are in the Bluetooth working range.
