20. MAKE SURE THE CORD FROM THE CONTROLLER TO YOUR HEATED PRODUCT IS CONNECTED AND LOCKED TIGHTLY.
21. DO NOT DRY CLEAN THE PRODUCT. CLEANING LIQUILD MAY DAMAGE THE INSULATION OF THE HEATING ELEMENT. IMPROPER LAUNDERING MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH THE HEATING WIRE WHICH CAN LEAD TO FIRE.

POLARIZED PLUG:

Plug power cord into a 110-120 volt wall outlet. Do not attempt to force the plug. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit only one way into an outlet. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way. If the plug fits loosely into the AC outlet or if the ac outlet feels warm do not use that outlet.

Product Operation Guide

When setting up the heated product, be sure to follow the steps below in order.

1. Step 1: Locate the heated product’s information label near the coupler.

2. Step 2: Connect the cord to the coupler at the bottom of the heated product until the plastic hinges click into place.
   CAUTION : The cord must be COMPLETELY CONNECTED. A risk of fire could result from a loose connection.

3. Step 3 : Plug the power cord into a 110-120 volt wall outlet.
   CAUTION : Do not plug the main power cord into the wall outlet until you have completely set up your heated product per the instructions.
   Disconnect the power cord from wall before detaching control from heated product.
   Always make sure cords and controls are NOT trapped or pinched between bed slats, mattress, springs, against wall, foot board or bed frame, or between furniture, walls or chairs.
   Do not wrap control in heated product when in use.
   Do not use with generator power or inventor.
   CAUTION :
   PLEASE follow these directions in order they are given to ensure the product will work correctly. Do not turn on the product until it has been fully assembled.
   CAUTION :
   To plug the control cord connector and coupler, make sure the align arrows on the connector and cord are push until they lock.

Using Your Heated Product

WARNING : This product is equipped with a SAFETY SYSTEM. This sensor technology prevents the product surface from getting overheated entirely and would automatically switch off it when there is a malfunction. Please note that for safety, the product could not be operated any longer after the malfunction. If the overheat protection is activated, please contact us.

1. To Turn on the product, press the “ON/OFF” button to the lowest heat setting.

2. Repeat pressing the “ON/OFF” button to scroll to the desired heat setting.

3. There are total 5 setting levels. 1-2-3-4-5(From the lowest to the highest).
   Which with the display light will shine accordingly.
   User Tip: The fastest way to preheat is to set the product at the highest heating level after turning on it.

4. To turn off the product, scroll through heat settings until all LED indicator light turn off.
   CAUTION : Do not connect the controller to the power supply before connecting it to the heated product.
   CAUTION : ALWAYS turn the product OFF when not in use.
   Note : To restart all products after a power failure, Press the power button and the heated product will begin to warm.

AUTO SHUT-OFF FEATURE

The “Auto-Off”feature is designed for conservation of energy by automatically turning the product off. Usually the throw is 3 hours and electric blanket and mattress pad is 10 hours. The exact hours, you can check the chart on the page 01 of this instruction.

Power ON/OFF
Note : After a power outage, the “Auto-Off” feature automatically resets the timer.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Before Washing or Storing Your Heated Bedding Product:

1. Disconnect power cord from wall BEFORE detaching control cord from the heated product.
2. Ensure that no cords are still connected and none of the wires have worn th rough the fabric.
3. Carefully follow all washing instructions or your heated product may shrink and possibly cause a fire hazard.

• DO NOT submerge control in water.
• DO NOT dry clean your heated product, Dry cleaning solvents may damage the wires.
• DO NOT use bleach or cleaning fluids.
• DO NOT use a wringer.
• DO NOT iron your heated product.
• DO NOT use mothballs or sprays of any kind.
• DO NOT reconnect the heated product or use it until it is COMPLETELY dry.
• DO NOT wash or put into water the power cord or any of the product’s cords.
• DO NOT use analgesic cream in combination with your heated product.
  Taking care of your heated product is easy and safe as long as you follow a few simple steps.

Machine Washing

1. Presoak the blanket/ mattress pad/throw for 15 minutes in mild soap and cold water.
2. Wash in mild soap and cold water on the “delicate”or” gentle”cycle in the washer for two minutes. Remember, do not use bleach.
3. Rinse in fresh, cold water.
4. Spin dry in the washing machine. Then gently stretch to its original size.

Machine Drying
Caution : Do not use commercial dryers or the dryers at your local Laundromat. They get too hot and would damage the wiring of the heated product.

1. Preheat the dryer on the “low”temperature setting for 2 minutes.
2. Place blanket/mattress pad/throw into the dryer and tumble dry for 10 minutes at a low temperature.
3. Remove the blanket/mattress pad/throw while it is still damp and gently stretch it to its original size.
4. Drape the heated product over a clothesline or a shower rod. DO NOT use clothespins
5. Heated product must be COMPLETELY dry before reconnecting the power plug or control plug.

Hand Drying

1. Gently stretch the blanket/mattress pad/ throw back to its original size.
2. Drape the heated product over a clothesline or hang over a shower rod. DO NOT use clothespins.
3. The heated product must be COMPLETELY dry before reconnecting the power plug or controlling it.

Troubleshooting

provide safe heat and protect consumers’ skin within a temperature range based on international safety standards, which helps avoid low-temperature burns. Therefore, the temperature setting is for keeping warm instead of getting hot.| If you don’t feel heat, you can fold the product and test it for 30 minutes to see whether it works or not (but please make sure that the product is placed flat without being folded for normal use). If you still can’t feel the heat after the test, please contact customer service.
The indicator light on my controller is flashing. What should I do?| Some errors have occurred on the heated product. The indicator light gives warnings to the user.| – Turn the controller off. – Unplug the controller from the wall outlet. – Unplug the controller cord from the product. – Wait 30 seconds and reconnect, making sure the arrows are properly aligned. – Plug into the 110~120-volt wall outlet. – Push the control button until the temperature is on high. If you still have issues, contact the producer.
The product does not heat uniformly.| The product is folded or the heating wire is coiled during use.| Please place the under blanket flat for use. The temperature of the body areas that contact the heating zones is higher than the areas that do not, which is a normal phenomenon.
The product no longer works after being used for a period of time.| The product may not have been used or washed properly. Or there may be a malfunction with the product.| Test the product by folding the textile over on itself and turning the setting to high. Ensure that the indicator light is on. After approximately five minutes, carefully feel between the layers. Caution: Never leave the product turned on and folded up for more than 5~7 minutes.
The controller is lit, but the product does not heat up.| Misused or misconnected of the heated product.| A small amount of heat is produced when transferring power from the wall to the product. This warmth is completely normal and is nothing to be concerned about. If the above suggestions could not solve the problems, this might result from the permanent switch-off protection via the safety system. In this case, please contact customer service.
