  1. TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – USE ONLY INDOORS.

  4. When not in use, turn off equipment connected to the Wireless Remote System using the equipment’s switch or unplug it from the Plug-In Receiver to prevent accidental starting.
  5. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts loose or damaged.
  6. Do not exceed rating.
  7. Keep area near receiver clean. Cluttered areas invite accidents.
  8. Mount receivers out of children’s reach.
  9. Remote contains button cell battery. Keep remote out of reach of children. Discard used batteries immediately.
  10. Maintain products with care. Keep the Wireless Remote System clean for better and safer performance. Inspect the components periodically. If damaged, have it repaired by a qualified technician.
  11. The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. Setup Instructions

Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.

Battery Setup
  1. Slide out the Battery Cover on the side of the Remote Control unit.
  2. Carefully remove protective tape from battery. Replace the Battery Cover.
Installing Plug-In Receivers
  1. Plug light/appliance to be controlled into the outlet on the Plug-In Receiver.
  2. Plug the Receiver unit into any standard indoor 120VAC wall outlet.
  3. Use only one Plug-In Receiver per AC outlet. Maintain a minimum distance of 24 inches between individual Receiver units.
    Note: Do not install Plug-In Receivers where they are blocked by large metal objects or metal doors. Such obstructions may reduce the receiving range.

Components and Controls

Operation

Operation
  1. The Remote Control has three buttons numbered 1, 2, and 3 which control the respective Plug-In Receivers numbered 1, 2, and 3. The Wireless Remote System is operated by pressing the desired button on the Remote Control to turn the power ON or OFF at the corresponding Plug-In Receiver.

  2. Make sure the device to be controlled has its switch turned on and is plugged into the Plug-In Receiver, then press the appropriate button on the Remote Control to turn the device ON or OFF.
    Note: Allow at least 3 seconds after pressing any button on the Remote Control for signal transmission to finish before pressing it again.

  3. If the Plug-In Receiver does not activate, try relocating the Receiver or move the Remote Control to another position.

Battery Replacement
  1. Slide out the Battery Cover on the side of the Remote Control unit.
  2. Remove used battery and dispose of according to all applicable regulations. Contact your local hazardous waste authority for proper battery disposal guidelines.
  3. Install a new CR2032 Lithium 3V battery.
  4. Replace the Battery Cover.

Maintenance

Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician.

TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Lubrication
  1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for:
    • leaking, swollen, or cracked battery
    • loose hardware
    • misalignment or binding of parts
    • cracked or broken parts
    • any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

  2. AFTER USE, wipe external surfaces of the tool with clean cloth.

  3. Replace the battery in the Remote Control unit when necessary to maintain proper performance.
    WARNING! Discard used battery in a trash receptacle out of reach of children.

  4. Replacement parts are not available.

Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
