Introduction
-
(Before pairing) Power on
Press and hold the multi-function button (Simplify “MFB”) 3 seconds. -
(Anytime but calling) Power off
Press and hold the MFB 4 seconds when ii is on. -
(After pairing) Play / Pause Music
Press multi-function button (Simplify “MFB”) to play and press again to pause music. -
(After pairing) Answer phone calls
Press the MFB once to pick up an incoming call. -
(After pairing) Hang up phone calls
Press the MFB once again to hang up when you want to finish a phone call. -
(After pairing) Reject phone calls
Long press the M FB for 2 sec to reject an incoming call. -
(After pairing) Redial last calling number
Twice Press MFB quickly to redial last phone number. -
(After pairing) Turn up / Turn down volume
Press the volume button “+” once to turn volume up Press the volume button “-” once to turn volume down -
(After pairing) Next / Previous song
Long press the volume button “+” for 2 sec to go to next song. Long press the volume button “-” for 2 sec to go to previous song. -
(After pairing) Voice Dialing
Press the multi-function button (Simplify “MFB”) 3 sec to summon voice assistant/Siri. Note: If you have Samsung phones, please contact with Samsung technician support to active voice assistant firstly so that you can follow above steps to summon voice assistant. -
(Before pairing) Change Language
Under pairing mode (Means that do not connect with any devices after power on), andtwice press volume button “+” to change language into English or Japanese (If you are in English, you will hear a sound “English selected”) -
(Before pairing) Reset the headset
Under pairing mode, and holds the volume buttons “+” and “-” together for 5 sec, then you will hear a tone “Du-du” and the LED light will flash Red and Blue at the same time.
How to pair
- Turn on the Bluetooth headset, then the headset will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Enabled your phone’s Bluetooth, find this headset’s name “KC1”, then select and connect with it. You will hear a tone “Connected” on the headset.
Note: If your phone is an Android phone, please allow our headset to access to your phone audio and media audio so that you can use our headset normally.
How connect with two devices simultaneously:
- Connect the headset with your fist device. (Connection steps please follow above “How to Pair”)
- After connected with the first device successfully, turn off the Bluetooth of the first device, then the KC1 headset will go back to pair mode.
- Enable the second device Bluetooth, then connect with the KC1 headset as well. (Connection steps please follow above “How to Pair”)
- After connect with the second device successfully, turn on the first device·s Bluetooth and select and connect with the KC1 headset again. You can hear a tone “connected”
- In the end, you find your two devices had been connected with the KC1 headset at the same time.
FAQ
- Q1 : Bluetooth headset is unable to pair? A 1 : Please do the following:
- Reboot the headset
- Press button of VOL+/- together 5sec to reset the headset (Reset successfully when the Red and Blue LED lights flash together)
- Q2: What if the headset keep falling out? A2: Please do the following:
- Change the smaller ear tips or put on an ear hook.
- Make sure wearing them in your ears correctly.
- Q3: What if my headset cannot be charged? A3: Please do the following:
- Charge the headset with stable current (Such as laptop)
- Charge your headset for 5-10 minutes
- Q4: Too much background noise after pairing? A4: Please do the following:
- Please recharge your headset
- Get your headset closer to your cellphone.
- Stay your headset away from electrical or magnetic object.
- Q5: How can I get a replacement? A5: Please do not hesitate to contact with us. We can provide free replacements.
- Q6: How can I change the language? A6: Turn on your headset and DO NOT pair with any device, press the up volume button twice quickly(“+” Button), stop until you hear a sound said “English selected”.
- Q7: What if my headset doesn’t work as well as I expected? A7: Please do not hesitate to contact with us detailing your problem and your order number, we will help you solve your problem completely.

Note:
- Use and keep this headset at room temperature.
- Do not throw it away to avoid damage.
- Do not disassemble the headset without technician.
- Use DC 5V USB charger to charge the headset to protect the battery.
