How to wear correctly

How to wear correctly

Please make sure the control buttons are on your Right shoulder while wearing them, and please exchange the most suitable ear tips if they cannot stay in place.

Power on

Press and hold Multiple-Functional Button
(Simplify “MFB” ) for 3 seconds.

Power off

Press and hold MFB for 4 seconds.

Play / Pause music

After connection, Press MFB once to play and press once again to pause music.

Answer / End phone call

Press the MFB once to pick up an incoming call.
Press the MFB once again to end a phone call.

Reject phone calls

Long press the MFB for 2 sec until you hear sound “Du—n and the incoming call will k rejected.

Redial last calling number

Twice Press MFB quickly to redial last phone number.

Turn up / Turn down volume

Press the volume button “+” to turn volume up
Press the volume button „_„ to turn volume down.

Next / Previous song

Long press the volume button to next song. “+” for 1 sec to go
Long press the volume button to previous song.”+” for 1 sec to go

Change Language

Under pairing mode (Means that do not connect with any devices after power on), and twice press MFB to change language into English or Chinese.

Summon voice assistant

Press and hold the voice assistant button for 1 sec to active your voice assistant Please note: Samsung smart phone might require sign up, please contact Samsung official support.

Reset to pairing mode

If your headphones have been connected by other people or you cannot hear sound from them after connect. Please first try to reset it back to pairing mode:

  1. Press “MFB” and Voice Assistant Button at the same time for 5 seconds.
  2. Then the headphones will announce “Disconnected”.
  3. Clean the connection history of “W18” from your cell phone.
  4. Reconnect with your cell phone again.

Note:

  1. Use and keep the headphones at room temperature.
  2. Do not throw it away to avoid damage.
  3. Do not disassemble the headphones without technician.
  4. Use Type-C charging cable that we provided to charge the headphones to protect the battery.
  5. If the headphones cannot stay in your ears, please change a smaller ear tip.

How to Pair:

  1. Turn on the Bluetooth headphones, then the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. Enable your phone’s Bluetooth, search the headphones named “W18” then select and connect with them.
    Note: lf your phone is an Android phone, please allow our headphones to access to your cell phone audio and media audio so that you can use the “W18” normally.

How connect with two devices simultaneously:

  1. Connect the headphones with your first device. (Please follow above connection steps “How to Pair” )
  2. After connected with the first device success-fully, turn off the bluetooth of the first device then the W18 headphones will go back to pairing mode.
  3. Enable your second device’s Bluetooth, then connect with the W18 headphones as well.
  4. After connect with second device successfully. Turn on the first device ‘ s Bluetooth, and the first device will reconnect the W18 headphones automatically.
  5. In the end, you have two devices that connect with W18 headphones.

FAQ

Ql: Bluetooth headphones are unable to pair?
Al: Please do the following:

  1. Please charge the headphones for 10 mins first and then connect again.
  2. Your headphones probably have been connected by other device, please reset it you can follow the reset steps”Reset to pairing mode

Q2: What If the headphones keep falling out ?
A2: Please do the following:

  1.  Change the smaller ear tips or put on an ear hook.
  2. Make sure wearing them in your ears correct-IY-

Q3: What if my headphones cannot be charged?
A3: Please do the following:

  1. Charge the headphones with stable current (Such as laptop)
  2. Charge your headphones for 5-10 minutes before use them again.

Q4: Too much background noise after pairing ?
A4: Please do the following:

  1. Please recharge your headphones for at least 10 mins.
  2. Get your headphones closer to your cell phone.
  3. Stay your headphones away from electrical or magnetic object
  4. Rest the headphones back to paring mode and reconnect.
