HEADSET OVERVIEW
HOW TO WEAR
Insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate them to fit comfortably. Ensure the microphone is pointing towards your mouth.
How to change ear tips
For the optimal audio experience, it is recommended to try each of the different EarGel sizes. The fit should feel tight and secure in your ear. The medium EarGel is premounted on the earbuds. Ensure the parcel is firmly attached.
How to charge
How to open the charging case: Firmly hold the charging case and lift a small tab on the lid while opening the lid.
How to charge earbuds and charging case
To charge earbuds, place the earbuds in the charging case and they will be charged automatically
- IF the LED light of earbuds turns to red, which means charging.
- If light of earbuds turns to blue, which means full charge.
- If light of earbuds isn’t on or turns to blue and red flashes alternately, which means they don’t charge, please take out and place into charging case again.
- You also can tell the remaining battery percent from the LED lights shown on the charging case (Each light stands for 25% battery)
HOW TO CONNECT
LED LIGHT INDICATION
Pairing status – LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately. Connected status – LED indicator flashes blue.
CONNECT WITHA DEVICE
- Take out the earbuds from the charging case, and they will flash red and blue lights alternately, which means they are on pairing mode (Ready to pair). And you will hear a sound: “Left channel, right channel”, which means two earbuds connect to each other, you can use themn on a device.
- Enable Bluetooth of your devices (Such as cell phone, MP3 etc.), scan the earbuds’s model name “T04-A”, and select to connect with it. After connection, you will hear “connected”
Note: If the LED light of the earbuds isn’t on when you take them out, they probably run out the battery, please go charge them for 15-30 more minutes.(Each light of charging case stands for 25% battery).
AUTO-RECONNECTED
The earbuds can automatically re-connect with the device that had connected last time every time you take the earbuds out from charging case. (Make sure you have turned on the Bluetooth of your device)
Note: If the phone is Android system, please allow the earbuds to access to your phone audio and media audio.
HOW TO USE
POWER ON/OFF
- Power on Long press (3 sec) the Multiple-function button, LED indicator flashes blue and voice prompt announces “power on
- Power off Long press (5 sec) the Multiple-function button, LED indicator flashes red and voice prompt announces “power off
VOICE ASSISTANT/SIRI
Activate Siri/Google voice commands Press and hold 1 second the Multiple- function button (Simplify “MFB”) after pairing and release your finger immediately after hearing a sound “Du” or summoning fail.
MUSIC
- Play/ Pause music Tap the Multiple-function button
- Volume up/down Volume +: Quick press the touchpad of the RIGHT earbud 3 times to turn up the volume. Volume: Quick press the touchpad of the LEFT earbud 3 times to turn down the volume.
- Track control Quick press touchpad of the RIGHT earbud 2 times to go to next Song, and you will hear the sound “Du”.Quick press touchpad of the LEFT earbud 2 times to go back to the previous song, and you will hear the sound “Du-du”.
“Note: Above steps require to open music player APP
CALLS
- Answer/End a call Tap the Multiple-function button once
- Reject a call Press and hold (1 second) the Multiple-function and you will hear the sound “Du” then release your finger.
LANGUAGE
Language Switch Under pairing mode(Power on but Not pair with any device), tap the Multiple-function button 3 times.
HOW TO RESET
If the earbuds is unable to pair or pair with the wrong device that you can’t get rid of, please try to reset the earbuds to fix them.
- Forget the name of the earbuds “T04-A” from the device’s Bluetooth list, and clean another connection history you don’t need.
- Power on the earbuds, and keep the earbuds under paring status, DO NOT connect with any devices.
- Quick press one of the earbuds 5 times then you will hear a tone “Du, disconnected” and the LED indicator goes red which means the earbuds have been reset successfully.Or just power on them again, but make sure have to power on them at the same time.

Why cannot pair two of earbuds?
- Please place the two of earbuds back into the charging case to charge and then take them out at the same time to connect again.
- Please follow the above steps to reset them.
What if the earbuds is unable to pair?
- Please try to reset the earbuds.

What if the earbuds keep falling out?
- Please choose the best ear-tips to fit your ears.
- Make sure you wear the earbuds correctly.
What if the charging case/earbuds cannot be charged?
- Charge the charging case with a stable currents, such as laptop USB port.
- Charge the earbuds 30-60mins before use them again.
