Is there bad sound leakage? Like using to talk on the phone and can other easily hear the conversation?

This is Jane from Oladance. In most cases, as long as the volume is not maxed out, the leak isn’t enough to let others hear the music content. Also, the louder the volume, the greater the sound leakage. This situation will vary slightly depending on the device of the sound.

How do you charge Oladance earbuds?

If you purchase the OlaDance open ear buds, you may have noticed that the case that comes with your earbuds is NOT a battery case. It is a charging case only, which means you have to  plug it in put your earbuds inside  in order to charge them.

Can you replace one wireless earbud?

You can replace a single AirPod (left or right AirPod) or a Charging Case for a fee. Use our “Get an Estimate” tool to review potential costs if you get service directly from Apple.

Can we buy a single earbuds?

You can purchase earbuds and other parts as individual accessories.

Can bone conduction damage ears?
