WORK PERFORMANCE
To obtain an optimized cooling effect, we suggest putting pre-chilled foods and drinks. It will take 2-3 hours for the food to be cold or chilled.
REMINDER
The cooler and warmer are not designed to heat cold or frozen food but only to
preserve hot foods at a warm temperature. It can keep the food warm for at
least 2 hours.
If used properly, the temperature of food can be maintained for an hour or
more depending on the quality and current temperature of the food.
OPERATION GUIDE
- First, make sure the switch (at the side of the machine) is OFF. Plugin the power cord into the appropriate power socket.
- For car use: Insert the plug of the cigarette lighter into the cigarette or charging port of your car.
- Cooling: Set the switch to COLD. The green light will show indicating that the machine is in COOLING MODE.
- Heating: Set the switch to HOT. The red light indicates that the machine is in HEAT MODE.
USE or INCLUDED ACCESSORIES OR ATTACHMENTS
CAR USE: Use the included car cigarette lighter plug -12V
- The car engine should be on so the cigarette lighter plug can produce power.
- Plugin the 12VDC power cord into the DC port of the machine I indicate In the image above} and the other end should be connected to the car’s cigarette lighter port.
WARNING AND NOTICE
For proper operation, please read the instructions carefully before using the appliance. Misuse, negligence, and abuse of the unit may cause injuries and accidents and may damage the unit.
- Prevent the fan from malfunctioning or being stuck. Avoid using towels, clothes, and the like inside the machine as this may heat the unit and may cause a fire.
- Please confirm that the sockets fit snugly. Loose or broken power cords and sockets may cause the unit to not function and may trigger other electrical issues. Make sure to carefully plug in the sockets, do not rush or force as it may damage the connectors.
- Keep the appliance away from damp, moist, and flammable items and surfaces.
- Avoid damaging the unit and avoid repairing it yourself.
- Do not change the switch from hot to cold or vice versa abruptly. Allow the unit to be off for at least 30 minutes before switching the function.
- Don’t immerse or rinse the appliance in water.
- Prevent the appliance from turning over (going upside down) Make sure it is placed on a flat and stable surface.
- Please do not drop or shake.
- The appliance shall not be exposed to rain or a moist environment.
- Children should be supervised when using the appliance. Do not let them play or plugin the unit by themselves.
- The appliance should not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or persons who lack experience or knowledge unless they have been given proper supervision and instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for safety.
- Keep the vent openings clear of obstructions.
- Do not use or store electrical appliances inside the food compartment.
- The appliance is equipped with corresponding attachments and cords that match the unit’s requirements. If the cord is broken it must be replaced but the same one that matches the specification of the original attachment. Contact customer support.

Faulty power cord:
If the AC power adapter is not working try the included DC power cord (car adapter) or vice versa.
Make sure the power socket
supports HOV. Contact support for further help.
Ice built up Inside the unit or around the center screws at the back.
Water dripping at the back. Water leakage.
| Check that the door is clean and free from obstructions.
Caused by water condensation. This is normal during the cooling process. Droplets may occur and drip.
May be caused by cold or frozen drinks. or food inside
the compartment.
| If the water drips due to condensation, you may wipe the area dry once it’s already off.
Clean the compartment after each use at least once or twice a week or if necessary.
