- Before using the product please read carefully and always comply with the following instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages due to any misuse.
- The product is only to be used indoors. Do not use the product for any purpose that is not compatible with its application.
- Please be cautious when using around children. Do not let the children to play with the product. Do not let children or people who do not know the device to use it without supervision.
- WARNING: This device may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or knowledge of the device, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or if they were instructed on the safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers associated with its operation. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the device should not be carried out by children, unless they are over 8 years of age and these activities are carried out under supervision.
- Never put whole device into the water. Never expose the product to the atmospheric conditions such as direct sun light or rain, etc.. Never use the product in humid conditions.
- Never use the product if it was dropped or damaged in any other way or if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the defected product yourself because it can lead to electric shock. Damaged device always turn to a professional service location in order to repair it. All the repairs can be done only by authorized service professionals. The repair that was done incorrectly can cause hazardous situations for the user.
- Never put the product on or close to the hot or warm surfaces or the kitchen appliances like the electric oven or gas burner.
- Never use the product close to combustibles.
- Never use this device close to water, e.g.: Under shower, in bathtub or above sink filled with water.
- Do not touch the device with wet hands.
- The batteries may leak if they are flat or were not used for an extended period of time. To protect the device and your health, replace them regularly and avoid skin contact with leaking batteries.
- The device should be turned off each time it is put aside.
- Weigh the food on trays or plates.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Open the battery compartment. Remove the insulation foil from the battery. Close the lid of the battery compartment.
SELECTING UNITS OF MEASURE
Press the ON/OFF button (4) to turn on the scale. Press the UNIT button (2) to change the units of measure. The unit will be visible on the display.
WEIGHING
Place the scale on a flat and solid surface. Avoid carpet or soft surface.
Press the ON/OFF button (4) to turn on the scale. Wait until the scale
displays the 0.00 value and the zero symbol on the lower left corner. Place
the object to be weighed in the center on the surface of the scale (1). Wait a
moment for the result to stabilize.
TARE FUNCTION: You can weigh different loads without removing them from the
scale. Wait until display shows 0.00 value and zero symbol appears on the
lower left corner. Put first load on the scale, wait for weigh reading. Press
Z/T button (5) to reset the LCD reading to 0.00 before adding next load. You
can repeat this operation.
When total sum of all loads on scale >4% (4gram) of scale’s max capacity TARE
function can sum total weigh of all loads on the scale. Wait until display
shows 0.00 value and zero symbol appears on the lower left corner. Put heavier
than 4g load on the scale. Wait for weigh reading. Press Z/T button (5) to
reset the LCD reading to 0.00. Put next load on the scale. Press Z/T button
(5) scale will sum the load and show total weight of the load. Press again Z/T
button to reset the LCD reading to 0.00 before adding next load. You can
repeat this operation.
PIECE COUNTING MODE
- Press UNIT to select piece counting mode ‘PCS’ when the scale is vacant.
- Press UNIT for 3 seconds to select pre-set quantity value either 25, 50 or 100. Choose quantity by pressing UNIT button. Example: choose 50pcs. LCD will show 50, then place same quantity (50 pcs) on the scale surface. Wait for LCD to flash ’50’ a few times. Scale now recognizes weight of 50 pcs. Also calculates and memorizes the average single unit weight value.
- Next time weighing same object of different quantity. Turn on the scale, place X quantity of the object onto weighing platform. LCD will show the weight as normal, then press ‘UNIT’ to piece counting mode ‘PCS’, LCD will display the quantity placed on the platform.
Remark: For calibration accuracy, pre-set quantity of 100 pcs is suggested. The object with unit weight less than 1 scale division can’t be calibrated.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
(Fig. 2) Remove the lid of the battery compartment at the bottom of the scale. Remove the old battery. Insert the new battery of the right type. Close the lid of the battery compartment.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Gently wipe the scale with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
