  3. Close the battery compartment cover.

START UP

  1. Make sure that the battery for the truck is charged.
  2. Make sure that all levers on the transmitter are in the home position.
  3. Press and hold both ON/OFF switches simultaneously until the transmitter display starts to light up. This means that the transmitter is now switched on.

“Place all switches in their up position and lower the throttle”. Stellen Sie die Schalter entsprechend um und schalten Sie den Sender erneut ein.

Press and hold both power buttons on the transmitter

If all switches are not in the home position and if the throttle is not in the middle position, the display will show the following message: “Place all switches in their up position and lower the throttle”. Set the switches accordingly and switch on the transmitter again.

Open the battery box along the slot to the right.

SWITCH OFF

Disconnect the battery connector from the electronics. Press the two power buttons on the remote control to switch it off.

RECEIVER BIND

RX BIND will be required after the remote control is restored to the factory settings. Please operate it in accordance with the following steps.
Switch on the remote-control. Press the icon to go to the setting menu. Press RX BIND, the remote-control displays “Binding to RX…”. This means that the remote control is waiting for the receiver signal. Connect the binding cable to the BIND/VCC interface of the receiver and switch on the electronics. After the connection is made, the remote control will display “RX BIND successful!” and exits the bind function. Disconnect the binding cable from the receiver. Check that all the controls are working. If this is not the case, repeat the above steps for RX BIND again.

OPEN DRIVERS CAB

Under the left wheel housing is the lever for unlocking the driver’s cab. Lift it with your finger to open the lock.

Carefully tilt the cab forward to open it. To close the cab, carefully tilt it back and push it down until the latch engages.

CHECK DIFFERENTIAL LOCK

As shown in the illustration, the four axles are first tested without differential lock. Switch on the remote control and connect the battery. Carefully turn the vehicle upside down and then accelerate with the remote control.

Check the differential lock by pushing the left stick on the remote control to the front left. The axle should now be locked. If this is not the case, the locking servo must be readjusted. To do this, follow the next step.

DIFFERENTIAL LOCK & 2 SPEED GEAR

The differential lock function and the 2-speed transmission are realised by pulling cables with the same servo. So, if there is a problem in stage 2 or the axles do not lock the differential, the cables can be adjusted according to the requirements. For example, if the differential lock is not locked, please tighten the corresponding train for the axles. Be careful not to tighten the cables too much, otherwise the axles will remain locked. Then loosen the lock slightly as shown in the following diagram.

STEERING TEST

With this connecting rod, the angle between the two wheels can be adjusted so that straight driving is possible.
