Blade sharpening**

Sharpening every 2 hours

GOOD SHARPENING BAD SHARPENING¢

INFACO F3015 Electrocoup Complete Shear Sets - fig45

Sharpening must be done on the flat, on the 2 red slanted lines, in order to keep the same angle of penetration throughout.| If sharpening is only done on the cutting edge, after a few sharpening operations, the fine section of the blade will disapear and you will lose the angle of penetration.
---|---
INFACO F3015 Electrocoup Complete Shear Sets - fig46

GOOD PENETRATION

Results:

  • A clean cut
  • Increased cutting capacity
  • Improved cutting speed
  • Greater autonomy
  • Reduced mechanical fatigue
  • Blade’s improved life expectancy
  • Normal motor temperature
  • Higher yield

BAD PENETRATION
