ROLLING SEAT CART

THIS INSTRUCTION BOOKLET CONTAINS IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION. PLEASE READ AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

ROLLING SEAT CART

Instructions For Assembly

Necessary Tools:

  • Phillips Screwdriver
  • 1/2 inch wrench or adjustable wrench.
  • Adjustable slip Jaw Pliers

Step-1:

Remove your scoot-N-Do parts from their packaging, Make sure you do this outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. as the Caddy’s wheels will give off a wrong rubber odor Cur a few days.

Check that all parts shown below are included. Washers cony attached to their respective bolt. You’ll need to unscrew the nuts from  their bolts before you begin.

ROLLING SEAT CART

Step-2: Place the Rear Axle into the back of the frame.

Step-3: Insert the Steering Link Connector with nub side facing rip into the hunt Axle Support. lighten with two 8×20 mm bolts, two 8mm washers and two 8mm nuts. Use your pliers to grip the head of the bolt as you secure the nut with a wrench.

Step-4: Slip an Axle Sleeve onto each end of the Rear Axle. Place a washer (one that was packaged along with your Cotter Pins). then a Wheel (valve stem facing out) onto each end of the Rear Axle. Slip another washer onto each end of the Rear Axle. Slip a Cotter Pin through the hole at the end of the Rear Axle. To keep the Wheels in place, open the Cotter Pin and wrap its ends around the Rear Axle.

Step-5: Place a washer (again, one that was packaged along with your Cotter Pins), then a Wheel ( valve stem facing out ) onto each end of the Front Axle. Slip another washer onto each end of the Rear Axle. Slip a Cotter Pin through the hole at the end of the Front Axle. To keep the Wheels in place, open the Cotter Pin and wrap its ends around the front Axle. Front Axles do not require Ask !deem.

Step-6: Detach the 8mm nut, its small washer and large washer from the built-in bolt on the Front .Axle. Lift the Handle over the bolt and hand- fasten with the large and small washers and nut as shown above. Make sure not to over tighten bolts, as the steering may lock. Pull your Caddy to ensure the Handle glides freely to the left and right. If the Handle is stiff or does not steer properly, loosen one or both of the bolts just a link. This should make the Handle work smoothly.

SEAT CART

Shp-7: Fasten the front of the Tool Tray to the Frame using the Small Reinforcing Plate and your 6 x 15 mm bolts, nuts and washers. Put the Plate underneath the front rim of the Tray (be sure to line up the holes web the me. made holes in the front Tray Bracket). For more precise alignment, place the back of the Tray on the rear tires while lining up the front parts. Grip each nut with a wrench or pliers which securing each bolt with your slotted flat head screwdriver.

Step-8: Repeat Step 7 to connect the back of the Tray with the Tray Bracket and Small Reinforcing Plate. Make sure all nuts are secure on the Tray.

Step-9: Center the Basket between the rear Wheels. lining up the Basket bottom with the bottom of the Back Axle. Attach the Basket to the pre-welded hook in the Frame.

Step-10: Use the four 10 x 15 mm bolts, nuts and washers to fasten the Seat to the Seat Post. Secure the bolts with your pliers and screwdriver. You’ll notice that the threaded stem of the Seat Post already has a washer and Cotter Pin in place Make sure that the Cotter Pin is securely wrapped around the Axle. Simply turn the Seat clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower it to the height that works km for you. We’ve found that the Caddy is most comfortable when the Seat height is adjusted to that your feet rest level and our legs are parallel with ground.

  • Not intended for use by children
  • Keep tire pressure at or just below a maximum pressure of 30 psi.
  • Do NOT over inflate tires. Test pressure BEFORE use.
  • Do not stand on seat
  • Do NOT use on inclines — Caddy may tip over and cause injury
  • Work seat CANNOT hold more than 330 lbs.
  • Mesh Tray CANNOT hold more than 5 lbs.
  • Do NOT use i tarty part is damaged or broken
  • Tighten hardware periodically
