AREAS OF USE:
ScrubUp is intended for cosmetic use on the face as described. Avoid applying the device to the delicate eye area, the lips and the ears. This is not a medical device and should not be used to treat any medical conditions. Any consequence resulting from misuse, application to other parts of the body or face, connection to improper voltage sources, dirty contacting elements, alternative preparation gel, or any other improper application is neither the responsibility of HSNF Ltd nor its affiliates.
HOW OFTEN: We recommend ScrubbingUp 2-3 times a week for best results! Always use on wet skin.
DO NOT USE IF YOU:
- You are under the age of 16.
- Have scarred, broken, inflamed, red, irritated or infected skin.
- Have eczema, dermatitis or other any skin disorders.
- Have extreme sunburn
- Are taking medication that can cause skin sensitivity (e.g. Retin – A, Accutane, Avage, Tazorac, Differin)
- You have a pacemaker.
- Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on, or near children or physically or mentally challenged persons.
- Do NOT use around the delicate eye area or under the brow.
- If you experience any skin irritation, stop using the device immediately.

- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair any part of the product.
- Do not misuse the product – use only for its intended purpose.
- Never operate the device if it has been damaged.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product.
- Do NOT use near to shortwave or microwave equipment. Other electrical equipment in the vicinity may be affected by the usage of this product.
- Make sure your device is disconnected from the USB charging cable before cleaning and use.
- Strictly for external use only.

GETTING STARTED
HOW TO USE CLEANSING MODE
Before first use, charge your ScrubUp for 2 hours. Plug into any USB socket on
a charge plug or computer to charge your device.
- Remove all makeup and clean your face before you begin. Splash your face with water – skin must be wet to use the device.
- Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device and activate ‘Cleansing Mode’.
- Using gentle pressure, glide the end of the metal spatula in an upwards motion across the skin, avoiding the lips and delicate eye area. DO NOT press hard or repeat more than twice over the same area.
- When you have finished the treatment, rinse your face with warm water and pat dry. Complete your skincare routine with serums and moisturisers. Press and hold the button to turn off and wipe the spatula clean with soap and water.
HOW TO USE MOISTURIZING MODE
Using ion technology, this mode allows serums and moisturises to penetrate deeper into the skin.
- Once you have completed your cleansing routine, apply your moisturiser or serum to the skin.
- Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device and press to activate ‘Moisturizing Mode’.
- Using the flat side of the spatula, glide across the skin with gentle pressure in an upwards motion. Repeat this twice over the same area. DO NOT press hard or repeat more than twice over the same area.
- Once you have covered your whole face, press and hold the button to turn off and wipe the spatula clean with soap and water.
HOW TO USE LIFTING MODE
Get a little extra lift! Fine ultrasonic pulsations penetrate the skin to encourage elasticity, making skin appear more toned and lifted.
Activate ‘Lifting Mode’ by holding down the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device and then pressing twice. Follow the same method as outlined in ‘Moisturizing Mode’.
