We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

WARNINGS AND SAFEGUARDS

To operate this warming product properly and safely, there are some critical safety precautions you need to follow. As with all electrical appliances,there is an inherent danger of overheating,
fire or personal injury with the product if not used correctly. Please carefully read the following before using the warming product.

1. Do not use with generators, power converters, or inverters.
2. Do not tuck the product or supply cord in a sofa or other furniture. All portions of the blanket or controller should be visible at all times.
3. Do not use with rocking chairs, recliners, chair with casters or wheels or other furniture subject to movement.
4. Never trap or pinch any of the electrical cords in any way. Make sure the cords are never rested between the mattress and box springs.
5. If the plug does not fit into your outlet, contact a qualified electrician.
6. Be sure that the power supply is used only on 120V, 60HZ Current Supply.
7. Make sure the cord from the controller to your heated product is connected and locked tightly.
8. The warming products should never be folded, balled up or bunched in any way when in use. May result in overheating and/or permanent wrinkling of the fabric.
9. Never use pins in and around the warming product —They may damage the electric wiring.
10. Cats, dogs and other pets should always be kept away from the product, as a sharp claw may result in damage to the heating element.
11. Keep the controls away from drafty areas that may become damp or wet, such as an open window.
12. Always turn off the electric current when the warming product is not in use, either by turning off the controller or unplugging from the wall outlet.
13. Wrapping of the cord around the controls may damage the cord. Loop loosely when storing. 14. NEVER iron your warming product. 15. NEVER use dry cleaning fluid on this product. Cleaning solvents may damage the wiring insulation. 16. Controller is not waterproof. Do not immerse in water. 17. Check with your healthcare provider before using with a pacemaker or any medical devices.
14. Throw controllers must not be wrapped,covered or tucked when operating.

SET UP PROCEDURES

When setting up your heated product, be sure to follow these steps in order:

1. Locate cord connector on the product near the card instructions label.
2. Do not plug into the wall outlet until you have connected the controller cord to the product.
3. To plug controller cord into the connector, align arrows on the connector and cord and push until they lock.

CAUTION: THE CORD MUST BE COMPLETELY CONNECTED. A RISK OF FIRE COULD

OCCUR WITH A LOOSE CONNECTION.

4. Plug the power cord into a 110~12ov wall outlet.
5.  Make sure all cords are tangle free and not trapped or pinched in any way, including but not limited to between mattress and box spring, sofa cushions, against wall, chairs, or other furniture.
6. Do not wrap the controller in the throw while in use.
7. Do not use with generator power.
8. To disconnect the controller, first unplug the cord from the outlet, then pinch sides of the connector and pull apart.

CONTROLLER FEATURES

AUTO SHUT OFF FEATURE Each controller will automatically shut off
This is designed to provide added safety and conserve energy.
To reactivate the heating feature, simply press the power button.
To restart after a power outage, simply press the power button.

How To Use

In heating mode:
There are 5 heating seting levels, where 1 is the lowest heat and 5 is the highest heat. When the POWER switch is pressed, the temperature in heating mode will rise from 1 to 5.

Auto Shut Off Mode:

The throw will automatically shut off after
3 hours of use.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Care and Cleaning OF YOUR HEATED BEDDING PRODUCT We recommend washing before initial use.
Before Washing or Storing Your Heated Bedding Product:

1. Disconnect power cord from wall BEFORE detaching control cord from the heated product.
2. Ensure that no cords are still connected and none of the wires have worn through the fabric.
3. Carefully follow all washing instructions or your heated product may shrink and possibly cause a fire hazard.

• DO NOT submerge control in water.
• DO NOT dry clean your heated product, Dry cleaning solvents may damage the wires.
• DO NOT use bleach or cleaning fluids.
• DO NOT use a wringer.
• DO NOT iron your heated product.
• DO NOT use mothballs or sprays of any kind.
• DO NOT reconnect the heated product or use it until it is COMPLETELY dry.
• DO NOT wash or put into water the power cord or any of the product’s cords.
• DO NOT use analgesic cream In combination with your heated product. Taking care of your heated product is easy and safe as long as you follow a few simple steps.

Machine Washing

1. Presoak the blanket/ mattress pad/throw for 15 minutes in mild soap and cold water.
2. Wash in mild soap and cold water on the”delicate”orgentlecyde in the washer for two minutes. Remember, do not use bleach.
3. Rinse in fresh, cold water.
4. Spin dry in the washing machine. Then gently stretch to its original size
   Machine Drying Caution: Do not use commercial dryers or the dryers at your local Laundromat. They get too hot and would damage the wiring of the heated product. 1. Preheat the dryer on the “low”temperature setting for 2 minutes.
5. Place blanket/mattress pad/throw into the dryer and tumble dry for 10 minutes at a low temperature.

Hand Drying

1. Gently stretch the blanket/mattress pad/ throw back to its original size.
2. Drape the heated product over a clothesline or hang over a shower rod. DO NOT use clothespins.
3. Heated product must be COMPLETELY dry before reconnecting the power plug or control plug.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Q: The indicator light on my controller is flashing. What should I do? A: Turn the controller off. Unplug the controller from the wall outlet.
Unplug the controller cord from the product. Wait 30 seconds and reconnect making sure the arrows are properly aligned. Now plug into the 110r120 volt wall outlet. Push control button until the temperature is on high. If you still have issues, contact the producer.
Q: I feel some warmth but not a lot. How warm should this product get? A: This product will provide enough warmth to keep you quite comfortable even In a very cold room. This product is not like a heating pad. In normal operation, it does not feel hot to touch, however the warmth is evident when in use.
Q: The controller is lit but the product does not heat up. A: Test the product by folding the textile over on itself and turning the setting to high. Ensure that the indicator light Is on. After approximately five minutes, carefully feel between the layers. Caution: Never leave the product turned on and folded up for more than 5-7 minutes.
Q: Why is my controller warm? A: A small amount of heat is produced when transferring power from the wall to the product. This warmth is completely normal and is nothing to be concerned about.
