General Information
Preface: This manual will introduce the function, safety using methods and cautions of the EBL-999 charger.
Features
- EBL-999 can charge 11213 … 10 pieces AA/AAA Ni-MH Ni-CD batteries and 1 or 2 pieces 9V batteries ..
- Controlled by MCU, and using pulse charging, prevent from overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and over heat.
- Can be applied to global supplied voltage.

User Guide
- Place the battery into the charger correctly by making sure the +/pole of the battery is corresponding to the +/-pole of the charger.
- The charger can charge each battery independently.
- When power-on, the LCD background will be bright, and dim after 0.5 seconds, when put theAA/AAA batteries, LCD will be bright again and display the charging progress for the corresponding slot.
- When the 9V battery is placed in the charger, the LED light will show red, and then tum green after the battery is fully charged.
- The absolute OV battery can not be charged.
- Can not charge primary alkaline or carbon-zinc batteries.
Notice
- If the background of LCD does not light on when charging, please check if the battery is absolute OV, and make sure the +/-pole of battery is installed correctly.
- New battery will reach peak performance after using 2-3 times.
- Par of electricity was lost when batteries stored more than one month, please charging the battery firstly if long time no used.
- It’s a normal phenomenon that the battery is warmer than room temperature while charging.
- Children could not use this charger without adult’s supervision.
- Using this charger within the temperature between O”C and 35°C.
- Cutting off the power supply when the charger finish its work
Warning
- Only charging for AAJAAA Ni-MH Ni-CD batteries and 9V rechargeable batteries, charging other type of batteries may cause explosion, battery rupture or leakage, personal injury and property damage.
- It may cause electric shock hazard if using the charger incorrectly.
- This charger is using for indoor only, keep it away from moist and heat.
- Please place it under the safety place where the children cannot to reach up to.
- Do not dissemble or reassemble the charger for safety reason.
