General usage tips

  • To achieve the best charging experience while charging three devices simultaneously.
We recommend using the device with a 30W or above adapter to achieve max output for suitable devices.

  • While using adapters with only 5V /2A, the device will only support charging either one Qi-enabled phone at 5W or Apple Watch. Charing multiple devices simultaneously is not supported.

  • While using QC or PD adapters under 30W with 9V /2A, simultaneously charging multiple devices is supported. However, you may experience slowness or be unable to charge due to a lack of power supply to the demand of your device. The device’s OS may terminate the charging while an insufficient power supply detected.

  • For a better wireless charging experience, remove phone cases.

  • Charging time varies based on phone models, battery capacity, input specifications, current energy consumption, phone placement, distance, and other technical restrictions.

  • Do not use a computer or laptop USB as a power supply. A computer or laptop USB does not provide sufficient power for the product to function.
