General Safety Instructions

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
WARNING: In order to ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent to avoid a hazard.
Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.
This appliance is for household use only.

-Use this thermometer is not intended as a substitute for consultation with your physician.
-Please contact our distributor when there is a problem.
-Please don’t try to repair it by yourself.
-Please do not use the product in the humidity rangeabove 85%.
-Please keep the product away from electromagnetic range (for example radio, mobiles, and so on)
-The product may not be exposed to the sun, close to the fire, also immersed into water.
-Never impact or hard hit the product, don’t use it if it has been damaged.
-The measurement value can be influenced by the sweat on the forehead, hat or scarf. Make sure the measure distance is between 1cm to 3 cm.

a). Input the battery
b). Waiting for 10 minutes for the first time or just insert the battery
c). In case when it’s not used for long time, it will detect the environment temperature first so it will take one or two seconds more to switch on.
d). Focus on the forehead and keep 1-3cm distance then press the button to start testing. It will display the testing data within one second. Be sure there is no hair, sweat, cosmetics or hat to cover the forehead.
Providing the function of sound notification of high body temperature.
Capable of storing 32 sets for the latest measurement data.
Providing the function of saving the date and auto turn off.

OPERATION

a). Input the battery
b). Waiting for 10 minutes for the first time or just insert the battery
c). In case when it’s not used for a long time, it will detect the environment temperature first so it will
take one or two seconds more to switch on.
d). Focus on the forehead and keep 1-3cm distance then press the button to start testing. It will display the testing data within one second. Be sure there is no hair, sweat, cosmetics or hat to cover the forehead.

SETTING

a). Setting the format of the temperature F1
Keep pressing“ MODE” for 3 seconds till the screen display F1, the press“ ▼ ”to choose ℃ and“ ▲ ”for ℉
b). Alarm temperature setting F2
Keep pressing“ MODE” for 3 seconds till the screen display F1 then press“ MODE” again to enter into
F2 then press“ ▲ ”for increasing alarm temperature 0.1℃ (0.1℉) and press“ ▼” for decreasing 0.1℃ (0.1℉).
Attention: The default alarm temperature is 38.0℃ (100.4℉)
c). Buzzer ON/OFF F3
Press the “ MODE” button for 3 seconds till the screen display F1 then press“ MODE” twice to enter into F3 then press“▼”to close the buzzer (a sound icon disappear) and press“ ▲” to open the buzzer ( a sound icon is displayed on the LCD screen)

d). Out of setting

Keep pressing ” until it’s power off.

e). Measuring mode setting
Press“MODE”key to the human body and the surface mode conversion.Under the MODE of body surface measurement rang is: 0.0~100.0℃（32.0℉-212.0℉)
This product is specialized for testing human being’s body temperature so the displaying temperature range is 32.0℃-43.0℃(89.0℉-109.4℉)
Disposal of old electrical appliances.
