PROTECT AIR Fungal Nail Serum
FUNGAL NAIL SERUM
Read this instruction for use carefully prior to using the ProtectAir Nail
Fungus Serum Brush Treatment. Keep the Instructions for use as you may need to
read it again. If you have any questions please consult your general
practitioner or pharmacist.
ProtectAir Nail Fungus Serum Brush Treatment is indicated for treatment of
nail fungus on the finger- and toenails. as well as for nail discolorations
and
nail care.
NAIL FUNGUS
Nail fungus, also called onychomycosis, is a common condition that begins as a
white or yellow spot under the tip of finger- or toenails. As the fungal
infection
goes deeper. nail fungus may cause the nail to discolor, thicken and crumble
at the edge. The fungus can further spread into the nail bed and the root of
the nail. Further the fungus often spread from one nail to other nails.
lnfected nails may separate from the nail bed, which can cause pain and result
in an unpleasant odor. Nail fungus is more common in toenails than
fingernails.
PROTECTION
The ProtectAir product comprises of a glass bottle with 5ml nail fungus
treatment, 5 nail files and this instruction for use.
When the ProtectAir treatment is applied to the nail surface, it is
immediately absorbed into the nail and works by removing conditions for fungal
survival. Due to the molecule structure of the ProtectAir liquid. and the ab
sorbance into the nails excavations and interspaces. the nail fungus is
physically prevented from growth. Further a barrier between the fungus and the
keratin Is formed. and the proliferation of the fungus comes to a stop. as the
fungal infection is supressed. The keratin reproduction is stimulated.
The initial effect of the treatment will be seen within weeks. and the
treatment is continued during the full regrowth period of the nail (6-8 months
for finger
nails and 8-12 months for toenails).

- Do not use ProtectAir if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
- When applying the liquid. avoid contact with healthy skin surrounding the nail area.
- Do not use for children under 8 years of age. unless directed by doctor.
- The ProtectAir treatment is specifically designed for direct topical administration to the nails. Do not apply to other parts of the body including the eyes or mucous area.
- Do not exceed the number of recommended applications.
- In the event of an allergic reaction or irritation; discontinue use.
- Single patient multiple use.
Should the treatment accidentally come into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
HOW TO USE PROTECTOR
- Remove the cap from the ProtectAir bottle.
- Gently apply the treatment to the affected nails with the tip of the brush. Make sure to cover the entire surface of the nail and avoid con tact with the surrounding healthy skin.
- Allow the solution to fully penetrate the nail (60 seconds).
- Repeat this procedure twice a day, i.e. in the morning and afternoon.
- Once a week, file the affected nails before treatment and dispose of the file to prevent reinfection.
- After 3-4 weeks, application can be reduced to once a day until a new healthy nail has regrown.
- For preventative use, apply once a week.
You should always remove nail varnish before application. The nail varnish can
be re-applied after treatment.
SIDE EFFECTS
There are no known side effects.
Serious incidents should be reported to the manufacturer and relevant
authority.
INGREDIENTS (INCI):
Dimethyl lsosorbide, Ethyl lactate, Lactic acid (3.76%). Glycerin. Caprylic
acid, 3-0 Ethyl ascorblc acid, Origanum Vulgare leaf extract.
STORAGE
Store between 2 to 25°C., out of direct sunlight, in the original packaging
and out of sight and reach of children.
WHAT IS THE CONTENT OF THIS PACKAGING
- 5 ml bottle (sufficient for minimum 220 applications)

Do not use after the expiry date or 12 month after removing the cap from the bottle for the first time. Recap the bottle firmly alter use. The product can be disposed in the household rubbish.

SHOE SPRAY
ProtectAir spray is a medical shoe spray that supports the treatment of foot
infections. The spray prevents the reinfection of nail fungus in your own
shoes. It can also be used as a preventive measure for foot- and nail
infection on high-risk patients suffering from (for instance) Diabetes
Mellitus. ProtectAir spray offers long-term protection against fungus and
bacteria in shoes. Removing the source of shoe odour (bacteria) by creating a
hygienic, odor-neutralizing environment.
The shoe spray can be used for adults and children from 4 years (under
supervision).
- Prevents re-infection in contaminated shoes
- 1 treatment protects for up to 10 days
HOW TO USE
The spray should be used inside the shoes. Spray 5-10x in each shoe and ensure
that the entire shoe is covered. Only wear the shoes when they are completely
dry. Repeat the process after intensive use or at least once a week. The spray
is not harmful to humans. Direct contact with the skin (and foot) must be
avoided.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
- Store the spray in its original packaging at room temperature (2-25°C) in a dark place and away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.
- Always replace the cap
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Do not use if you are sensitive to one of the ingredients.
- Only for external use
- Highly flammable liquid and vapour.
- Causes serious eye irritation.
- Very toxic to aquatic life.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
- Keep container tightly closed. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with waterfor several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
- Avoid release to the environment.
- Dispose of contents/container to domestic waste.
