In order to use this product properly and safely, please read this owner’s manual carefully before operating this product, and keep it for future reference.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Don’t apply excessive force to the switches or controls.
• Clean only with a clean dry cloth. Don’t use inflammable substances such as benzene, thinner, detergent and so on.
• Do not place it in humid areas, so as to avoid damage to the internal circuits.
• The operating voltage is DC9V, don’t exceed it, otherwise the product will malfunction.
• The power adapter is not included in the packing list, please buy it separately.
• Please make sure the polarity of your power adapter is the same with what is printed on its outer housing, any error on power polarity would cause damage to the product.
• Please turn on your amplifier after this product is powered on.
• Don’t dump this product with household garbage. Proper treatment can reduce pollution and health hazards. Please contact your local dealer for correct approaches

Panel

1. MIC OUT Vocal effects balanced output Jack: it can connect to PA system or mixer after the vocal has been processed.

2. 9-position HARMONY toggle switch: for selecting 9 HARMONIES(Please refer to the HARMONY Effects at the end of this Owner’s manual).

3. HAR.MIX knob: used for adjusting the ratio between dry sound and HARMONY, turn it to the tar left, there iS no HARMONY, turn it to the tar right, there iS no dry sound.

4. MAJOR/MINOR toggle switch: for selecting MAJOR and MINOR.

5. NIXIetube: indicating Key, the dot at the bottom right means #.

6. MIC GAIN Knob: controls MIC’s Gain, there is no level overload indicator on this knob(green: no Overdrive. yellow: about to Overdrive. red: has Overdrive.). Please adjust MIC GAIN Within the range of the green indicator.

7. REVERB Knob: 3-range Reverb models in all.

8. MIC IN: XLR Balanced Input Jack.

9. GND/LIFT: Balanced Output Grounding Knob.

10. HARMONY Footswitch: the upper part is LED indicator, press this footswitch to turn on the HARMONY effect, the related LED Is on, press the footswitch again to turn off the HARMON effect, the footswitch indicator goes off.

11. HARMONY Footswitch Indicator: HARMONY Effects Channel’s working status indicator.

12. Key SELECT: rotary encoder(you can press it as well).

13. REVERB Footswitch Indicator: REVERB Effects Channel’s working status indicator.

14. REVERB Footswitch: the upper part is an LED indicator, press this footswitch and turn on the REVERB EFFECT, the related LED is on, press it again and turn off the REVERB EFFECT, the footsWitch’s indicator goes off.

15. 48V phantom power switch: supplying power to condenser microphone.

16. INST.IN: 1/4 mono instrument Input Jack.

17. MICRO USB: for updating firmware.

18. AUX IN: 3.5mm Stereo Audio Auxiliary Input Jack.

19. DC 9V: Power Input Jack(500mA).

20. PHONES: 3.5mm stereo headphones Jack(including Vocal, instruments and AUX In’s signal of the device

21. CENTER SILENCER: The center silencer can remove vocals when using AUX IN.

22. Ambience light: Please refer to No.23 to set up ambience light mode.

23. Ambience control switch:

    • SYNC mode-The ambience light flickers or goes off in sync with panel LED indicator when
      R-16 is activated.

    • ALWAYS mode-The ambience light is on.

    • OFF mode-the ambience light is off.

Connection

Operation

• You can choose song’s Key matches with HARMONY through the encoder, if the singing is Out of tune, then HARMONY=Pitch when you Sing. You can choose C, D, E, FG, A, B through the Key. The dot at the bottom right means #, you can turn it on/turn it off by rotating and pressing Key Select encoder(the dot won’t be activated when you pressE and B). You can adjust the mode quickly through Major/Minor toggle switch at the right of the Key Select encoder
• You can use “CENTER SILENCER” button to remove vocals when there is audio input. (Not suitable for all tracks, suitable for vocals in the middle of the audio). The principle is that one track of the stereo sound is out of phase(the right one) , obtaining simple silencer effect.
• Press one footswitch or press 2 footswitches simultaneously and turn it on, you can change the related footswitch’s activation mode, Latching(Normal mode) or Momentary(Momentary activation mode, the effects are turned on when you press the footswitch, it’s Bypass when you release the footswitch). Once turned on ,it’s latching mode when the LED light on the footswitch flickers briefly once, it’s Momentary mode when the LED light on the footswitch flickers briefly for 4 times
