Precautions
- This metronome runs on built-in rechargeable battery.
- This metronome can be used on an Inclined surface, but falling will cause damage to the unit.
- DO NOT remove the pendulum, always return it to the center and put the cover on after use.
- Please avoid using the metronome under strong magnetic field.
- Keep the metronome away from excessively humid or dusty environments
- Clean with a dry lint-free cloth, do not use solvents or detergents.
- DO NOT disassemble the unit or remove any parts.
- Contact your local retailer or distributor, if you need assistance or have a problem with the unit.
- Please get the battery fully charged before using it for the first time; when not using for a long period of time, please make sure to charge the battery once every 3 months.
Product Overview
Cherub WSM-290 is a digital metronome with classical mechanical metronome looking. Thanks to the modern sampling technology, we’re proud to announce that all the legendary mechanical metronome sounds are packed into it. If you’re more into modern sounds, don’t worry, we’ve got talking metronome, drum beats and cowbel. The most important parts inside is stunning natural look solid wooden case including: a super accurate stepper motor and an advanced ARM processor efficient circuit board that equipped with advanced ARM processor. The stepper motor can drive the pendulum swinging with a Swing amplitude of 60 while the circuit board can produce high quality metronome sounds.

Take off and put on the cover

Take off and put on the cover
Please take off the cover gently with a hand while the other hand holding the base firmly. -
To put on the cover
please insert the cover bottom first then the built-in magnet will hold the cover back in place.
WARNING: The device can be damaged if you don’t follow the above instructions to take off the cover.
Name and Operation of Parts
To Set the Tempo
Move the sliding weight up or down to set the tempo you want. The tempo
range of the unit is 40bpm-208bpm.
**To Start/Stop the metronome
** Press the power button to start the metronome. If the Pendulum is locked with the pendulum hook, the unit will enter standby mode. When the unit is in standby mode, unhook the pendulum from the pendulum hook, the unit will start to work. When the unit is in working mode, press the power button or the pendulum was forced to stop, the unit will enter suspend mode. Press the power button again or set the sliding weight to a different tempo, the unit will resume working again. The unit will be turned off automatically, if it’s left in standby mode or suspend mode for over 60 seconds.
To Set the Beat
Pull out the bell tone selector to ring on the desired beat, denoting the
length of each bar of music.
To Set the Metronome Sound and Volume
Rotate the Sound knob to get the metronome sound you want. Rotate the Volume
knob to set the volume level. The Sound knob and Volume knob are on the bottom
of the unit.
Battery Charging
Once the battery level goes below 10%, the LED indicator will light on in red.
Please get the battery charged as soon as possible. During the charging
process, the LED indicator will remain in red. Once it’s fully charged the
indicator will turn green.
