Precautions

  • This is digital metronome that runs on a built-in battery.
  • Use the metronome on a level surface.
  • Keep the metronome away from excessively humid or dusty environments.
  • Clean with a dry lint-free cloth, do not use solvents or detergents.
  • Return the pendulum to the center and place in the securing hook after use.
  • To avoid using the metronome under strong magnetic field.
  • Do not disassemble this metronome or remove any parts (e.g. sliding weight or bell tone selector).
  • Contact your local retailer or distributor, If you need assistance or have a problem.
  • The battery must be fully charged before using the product and must be charged again every 3 months when not using for a long period.

Product Overview

Cherub WSM-290P is a digital metronome with classical mechanical metronome looking. Thanks to the modern sampling technology, we’re proud to announce that all the legendary mechanical metronome sounds are packed into it. If you’re more into modern sounds, don’t worry, we’ve got talking metronome, drum beats and cowbell.
The most important parts inside is stunning natural look case including: a super accurate stepper motor and an advanced ARM processor efficient circuit board that equipped with advanced ARM processor. The stepper motor can drive the pendulum swinging with a Swing amplitude of 60′ while the circuit board can produce high quality metronome sounds.

Operation Guide

Take off and put on the cover

Take off and put on the cover
Please take off the cover gently with a hand while the other hand holding the base firmly.

To put on the cover
Please insert the cover bottom first, and then fix the cover in place.

WARNING: The device can be damaged if you don’t follow the above instructions to take off the cover.

Name and Operation of Parts

To Set the Tempo

Move the sliding weight up or down to set the temp0 you want. The higher the sliding weight is the slower the tempo will be.

To Start/Stop the metronome

Long presS the power button again to stop the metronome.
Press the power button once to active the standby mode, press it again to resume it to working mode.
Adjusting the tempo in working mode will force the pendulum to stop swinging.

NOTICE
If the adjusting process excess 60 seconds, you’ll need to long press the power button again to activate the working mode.

To Set the Beat
Pull out the bell tone selector to ring on the desired beat, denoting the length of each bar of music.

To Set the Metronome Sound and Volume
Rotate the Sound knob to get the metronome sound you want.
Rotate the Volume knob to set the volume level.

Battery Charging
The battery level indicator remains off normally, once the battery level goes below 10% it will light on in Red.

Please charge the battery when you see the battery indicator turns red.
During the charging process, the indicator will remain in red. Once it’s fully charged the indicator will turn green.

Please charge the metronome with a Micro-USB cable, the applied charging current shall be 800mA or higher. It takes 3.5hours to get the metronome fully charged and it can work continuously up to 5 hours.
