FAQ’s
-
How can I connect my phone to my wireless headphones?
Pull down the shade from the top of your Android device and long-press the Bluetooth symbol. It will immediately take you to the Bluetooth menu, where you may switch it on and then search for devices. Select the headphones you want to pair by tapping their name. -
Why is it that my iPhone fails to recognize Bluetooth devices?
Make sure your Bluetooth accessory and your iOS or iPad device are in close proximity. Turn your Bluetooth accessory off and then back on. Make sure your Bluetooth equipment is turned on and fully charged or plugged in. Check to check whether the batteries in your item need to be replaced. -
My headphones won’t connect to my phone for some reason. Why?
If your Bluetooth devices won’t pair, it’s probably because they’re out of range or not in pairing mode. Try rebooting your devices or having your phone or tablet “forget” the connection if you’re encountering persistent Bluetooth connection issues. -
Having trouble pairing both earbuds?
Double-press the power keys on both sides to reset the headphones while they are charging (the white LED indication on the earphones is on). Remove both headphones from the charging case, and they will automatically turn on and connect within 60 seconds. -
On Android, how do you set up headphones?
On Android, you’ll find same audio options in a similar location. Go to Settings and hit Accessibility on the Device tab on Android 4.4 KitKat and newer. Tap Sound balance under the Hearing category to change the left/right volume balance. You can check the box to enable Mono audio underneath that setting. -
On wireless earbuds, where is the button?
Place the earphones in the charging case and push the power button on the front of the case to charge them. Hold down the multi-function buttons to switch off the earbuds before placing them back into the case to be charged after use. -
How can I locate a Bluetooth gadget that I misplaced?
You must reset the network settings to forget the device. To do so, go to Settings on your phone and scroll down to “System.” The “Reset Options” section of the System tab is where you should reset the phone. -
Why are my wireless earbuds only working on one side?
Depending on your audio settings, headphones may only play in one ear. Check your audio properties to make sure the mono option is disabled. Also, make sure the voice volumes on both earbuds are equal. -
Why are my noise-canceling earbuds pairing independently?
You most likely have a problem with your phone. You can test the headset’s functionality on a different phone. Check to see if the earbud that isn’t working is charged and linked to your device. If the earphones still don’t work after being reset and connected, please file a complaint on our portal. -
In Device Manager, where is Bluetooth?
Right-click the Windows Start button and select Device Manager from the menu that appears. Double-click the Bluetooth tree in Device Manager to see the Bluetooth hardware’s name. Bluetooth is turned off if the Bluetooth symbol has a down arrow on it.
