Setup Example

The following figure is an example of how to set up the VC544:

Handheld Microphone

① Microphone head: including net head and audio head module
② Display screen: show working channel, frequency and battery status
③ Echo Up/ Down Button: Press the button to increase/ decrease microphone echo effect gradually
④ Treble Up/ Down Button: Press the button to increase/ decrease microphone treble effect gradually
⑤ Bass Up / Down Button: Press the button to increase/ decrease microphone bass effect gradually
⑥ Volume adjustment and frequency hopping: short-press to adjust the volume from 1 ~8, long-press to adjust the frequency
⑦ Power switch: Short press to turn on the power, long press in the on state toturn off the power, long press in the off state to switch CHA/CHB (A channel 0~49 frequency; B channel 50~99 frequency)
⑧ Battery box: unscrew bottom tube and put in AA battery
⑨ Wireless transmitter: do not hold this place for long-distance use, so as not to affect its working distance

Receiver

① Audio output: 6.35mm
② Power switch: push ON to open, push OFF to close
③ Charging port: connected with charging cable (DC5V), please turn the power off when charging
④ Antenna: receiving the signal from the transmitter
⑤ A channel indicator: light up means it got the signal
⑥ B channel indicator: light up means it got the signal
⑦ Power indicator: the light shows blue when turn on, it shows red when charging. The light would turn down when the charging is full.
⑧ Battery cover: built in 18650 replaceable lithium battery, open the battery cover and replace it directly

Operation method

  1. Load the receiver into the 18650 battery, insert it into the microphone input end of the speaker or amplifier, turn the power switch to the ON state, and the power lamp will be ON
  2. Load the handheld microphone into two AA batteries, pull up the power switch to the state of ON, and the display screen will light up and display the frequency and state while the receiver signal lamp A and B will light up respectively.
  3. Adjust the volume and reverb of power amplifier until appropriate position.
    Note: loud noise will be generated when the volume is too high. Reduce the volume appropriately to make normal use.

Common troubleshooting

The microphone cannot be turned on| Please replace two new AA batteries and check the positive and negative directions of the batteries to make sure they are in the correct direction.

The microphone is automatically turned off| Please replace two new AA batteries.
The receiver cannot be turned on| Please charge the receiver and check the positive and negative direction of the battery. If the problem cannot be resolved, please replace a new 18650 (3.7V) lithium battery.
The receiver cannot be charged| 1. Check the positive and negative direction of the battery to ensure that the direction is correct. 2. Replace a charging cable with the same interface for charging. 3. Replace with a new 18650 (3.7V) lithium battery.
The receiver and microphone have sufficient power, but the microphone has no sound, or only one microphone has sound| 1. Please check the channels of the two microphones from the microphone display, make sure that the two microphones are on the CHA and CHB channels respectively, the two microphones cannot be set on the same channel. If you need to adjust the channel, press and hold the microphone power button when the mic in turn off state until the channel have been changed. 2. Please check the frequency points of the two microphones from the microphone display to ensure that the two microphones are at different frequency points. If you need to adjust the frequency points, please open the battery compartment cover and press the frequency-adjust button to adjust the frequency. For details, please refer to the schematic diagram of the basic operation instructions. 3. Please pay attention to whether the receiver is plugged into the correct port, Receiver can only plug in mic jack, No Plug in Aux jack.
Microphone whistling or excess noise| 1.The microphone is too close to the speaker or the volume is adjusted too high, please turn down the volume of speaker or keep away from speaker. 2.Please check if there is any interference device nearby, such as CD player, computer, digital device, earplug monitoring system, etc. Try to remove the device first. If multiple systems are used, frequency intervals between systems can be increased.
