HEAD WATCHES H160402 Moscow Smartwatch

FIRST STEPS

Press the Button On/Off for some seconds to start your smartwatch. If you want to switch off your smartwatch, also press the button for a few seconds and confirm the shutdown.
On the dial interface, short press to turn on the screen and turn off the screen or to return to the main dial.
Button function
Button On/Off: short press, turn on/off/one key to return to the dial, long press to shut down
Button Return: On the dial interface, short press to turn on/off the screen, in other interfaces, short press one level to exit

Charging Instructions
You may have to charge the smartwatch at the beginning if the battery is empty. When charging, the watch is reversed, and the charging cable will automatically be sucked when it is aligned with the metal contacts. It supports computer USB or mobile phone 5V standard charger, and it can be fully charged in about two hours.

Download HEAD Watches App
Go to www.headwatches.com/app from your smartphone and download the app. Alternatively, you can also scan this QR code with your smartphone or search for ”HEAD WATCHES“ in Apple App Store oder Google Play Store.

Connect your smartwatch with your mobile phone
After the installation is complete, there will be various permission reminders during the installation process. We recommend that you confirm all permission reminders so that you can use all the functions of the watch.
After the installation is complete, open the app and turn
on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. The app will have a notification prompt for enabling, click OK. Click „Bind Device Now“ to enter the search device interface, search for Smart Watch and click Connect. Some Android phones need to turn on the GPS of the phone to search for the Bluetooth name of the watch.

Simple handling method for common problems
Due to the differences of different mobile phones, sometimes the Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the watch may be unstable. You can turn off the bluetooth of the mobile phone and reconnect it again or restart the phone, or restart the watch, restore factory settings.

NAVIGATION

Navigate through your smartwatch
Depending on the direction you swipe, you can access other areas of your smartwatch. With one click on the top button you always come back to the start screen.

Quick Use Functions

• Swipe left to enter the Heart Rate Monitor, swipe down to view the number of steps, distance, and calorie consumption of the day.
• Scroll down to enter control center for brightness adjustment, do not disturb mode and flashlight.
•  Swipe right to enter the message notification (used after connecting to Bluetooth).
• Swipe up to enter the Functions Menu and slide up and down to find the corresponding function.
• Long press the dial interface to switch dials, and then touch to set successfully.

On the start screen (dial) slide down to open the settings menu interface:

On the start screen (dial) slide up to open the functions menu interface (the last icon Settings):

FUNCTIONS

Dial Design
Time, date, and remaining power are shown on Watch Face/Start Screen Dial. Once the smartwatch is connected to your mobile phone, the time will be synchronized with device time. The time can not be set on the smartwatch.

Functions Menu
Swipe from bottom to top on the dial interface to enter the Function Menu, you can swipe up and down to select the function, touch to enter the secondary menu.

Status Information
You can find record exercise time, mileage, calories burnt, sleep quality and sleep time.

Messages
When the notification on app is turned on, notifications will be shown on a smartwatch.

Sleep
The smartwatch records and shows the total sleep time you had, as well as deep sleep time and light sleep time. More detailed information analysis and data record can be viewed in the app synchronously.

Heart Rate
Put the smartwatch on your wrist (left/right) correctly, enter the heart rate menu, you can measure the heart rate value in a single time, the data will be output in 10 seconds, and the measurement will be completed in 10-20 seconds. You can find more detailed information in the app.

Blood Pressure
Put the smartwatch on your wrist correctly, enter the blood pressure menu, you can measure a single blood pressure value, the data is output in 10 seconds, and the measurement is completed in 10-20 seconds. You can find more detailed information in the app.

Blood Oxygen
Wear the smartwatch correctly on your wrist, enter the blood oxygen menu, you can measure a single blood oxygen value, the data is output in 10 seconds, and the measurement is completed in 10-20 seconds. You can find more detailed information in the app.

Sports Modes
Select the corresponding exercise mode and click the start button on the screen to enter the corresponding exercise mode; click the start button of the exercise being calculated to pause the exercise, click the end button to end the exercise and save the data.
The exercise data can be saved when the exercise time is greater than 1 minute.

Remote Camera
Tap the camera to wake up the watch device‘s camera mode, tap the camera button to take a photo, and the picture will be automatically saved to the phone system album.

Remote Music
Connecting to the app, you can control the phone‘s music/start/pause/previous/next song, and the speaker sound appears on the phone.

Dial Standby / Raise to wake
Here you can set whether the watch should be activated when the wrist is moved or not.

Timer
After entering the countdown, you can select one, three, five or ten minutes. You can also specify your own times by pressing the Plus symbol ”+“.

Screen Time
Set how long the screen remains visible: 3s, 5s, 10s, 15s

Stopwatch
Click the stopwatch to enter the timing interface, and you can record the time at a time.

Find Mobile Phone
After the smartwatch is connected to the app, click to find the phone on the watch side, and the phone will vibrate or ring tones.

Water Resistants
Your smartwatch is IP68 waterproof, which means your watch is not 100% waterproof but only protected against splashes of water and sweat. You shouldn‘t swim, bathe, or shower with the watch. You should also avoid washing your hands with the smartwatch.
