CAUTIONS
Note
-
Users should read this manual carefully before starting to use.
-
The power should be turned off before removing the battery clips.
-
Flammable gas will be generated when charging, so fireworks are strictly prohibited at the operation site.
Pay attention to rain, snow or humidity that will erode the battery. -
Be sure to distinguish the “+” and “-” poles during use.
-
The charger machine should avoid vibration and impact when in use.
-
Do not charge a battery that is frozen and solidified.
-
Clean the to be charged battery before charging to prevent short circuit caused by debris and check its initial voltage.
Charging law:
The amount of charging value depends on the type of battery being charged, and
is generally about 10 % of its maximum current.
Time:
Depends on the type of battery. Also the charging current decreases as the
charging time continues.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Function features
- Compared with ordinary chargers, it features obvious advantages, such as compact size, light weight and high power.
- Charging time is faster than traditional models, and the efficiency is twice that of traditional models; it is currently the most advanced electronic charger in China.
- Intelligent temperature control is used in the interior of the machine.
- Charging current can be up to 30A, and is not affected by changes in input AC voltage.
- The machine adopts fan cooling and automatic shutdown protection if overheating .
- This device is a fully automatic intelligent fast charging equipment, the whole operation only requires plugging in the power supply, turn on the power switch, it will automatically charge. The whole process does not require manual supervision, and the output will stop automatically after it is fully charged.

OPERATIONS INSTRUCTION
Instructions
- Firstly connect the battery connector, then plug it into 110V or 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and the machine will output current and voltage after self-checking for 3-4s.The digital display shows the current and voltage, the charging indicator light is on (red), and the charger may make a slight noise. When the battery is fully charged, the full indicator lights (green).
- The digital display shows that the voltage and current are zero, and the fan stops after a delay of 60-120S. When the charger is over-temperature and over-current, the fault light is on (yellow), and the digital display shows zero voltage and current.
- After charging is completed, turn off the power switch, then unplug the power supply plug, and finally unplug the battery connector.
Warning 1
All maintenance and inspection work must be carried out with the power supply
completely cut off. Please make sure that the power plug has been unplugged
before opening the case.
Precautions
- Be sure to distinguish the “+” and “-” poles when using the charger machine, which is available for 24V, 200AH -300AH lead-acid batteries. During the warranty period, if the user performs wrong inspection and repair on any failure of the company’s products without the permission of the company, the free maintenance guarantee provided will be invalid.Ensure that all connections are made with the power cut off.The
- correct sequence is to first connect the battery connector, then connect into the 110V or 220V power plug, turn on the power switch, confirm that the ground wire is connected reliably and there is no looseness, and finally connect the power plug into the power supply.
- Do not use the way of charging connection to start the engine, which is easy to burn out the meter and motor.
Cautions (Environment)
- The operation of the machine should be carried out in a relatively dry environment, and the air humidity should not exceed 90% in general.
- The ambient temperature should be between -10°C and 40°C.
- Avoid operating in strong sunlight or rain, and do not allow water or rain to seep into the machine.
- Avoid working in dusty areas or environments containing corrosive gases.
- Avoid operating in an environment with strong air flow.
Warning 2
Blind experiments and imprudent maintenance may lead to the expansion of the
fault area and cause difficulties for formal maintenance. When the device is
powered on, the exposed part of the machine has a dangerous voltage. Any
direct or indirect contact can cause an electric shock accident, and a serious
electric shock will cause death!
SAFETY POINTS
Note
This charger has been installed with overvoltage, overcurrent and overheat
protection to protect the circuit, when the grid voltage, output current and
temperature inside the machine exceeds the set standard, the machine will stop
working, but excessive use (such as high-voltage) will still cause damage to
the machine, so the following items should still be taken into your account:
- ● Ensure good ventilation! The machine is of compact size, there is a large working current through it during operation. As natural ventilation cannot meet the cooling requirement of the machine, the machine is equipped with a cooling fan to effectively cool the machine in order to make it work smoothly. The user should make sure that the ventilation is not covered or blocked, and the distance between the surrounding objects should be not less than 0.3m. Always pay attention to maintain good ventilation, which is of great importance for the machine to work better and ensure a longer service life.
- No overloading! Users should always remember to observe the maximum allowable load current (relative to the selected load duration) and maintain that the current used does not exceed the maximum allowable load current, current overload will significantly shorten the life of the machine, and may even burn out the machine.
- No excessive voltage! The power supply voltage range can be referred to in the “Main Technical Parameters” table.Generally, the automatic voltage compensation circuit in the machine will ensure that the use of current to stay within the allowable range, If the power supply voltage exceeds the allowable value, the machine will be damaged. Users should be fully aware of this situation, and take appropriate precautions.
- If the machine exceeds the standard load duration rate when working, the machine may suddenly enter the protection state and stop working. This means that the machine exceeds the standard load duration rate, and excessive heat triggers the temperature control switch, causing the machine to stop working standard range and you can start using the machine again.
- Regularly blow the dust with dry and clean compressed air, and de-dust the machine daily if the machine is used in a heavy smoke and air pollution environment.
- The pressure of the compressed air should be at a reasonable level to avoid damage to the small components inside the machine.
- Periodically check the internal circuit connection of the machine, and make sure that the line is connected correctly and the connectors are firm (especially the insertion of connectors or components). If rust and looseness are found, sandpaper should be used to polish off the rust layer or oxide film, and re-connect and tighten it.
- Avoid the entry of water or vapor into the machine, and in such cases, dry the inside. Afterwards, use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation of the machine (between the joints, and between the connection points and the housing). The machine should not be allowed to continue to operate until it is confirmed that there are no abnormal conditions.
- If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be put back into the original box and stored in a dry environment.
