Bluetooth pairing

  1. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and place the mobile phone and headphones together within one meter.
  2. Find “A999” in the Bluetooth device list of the mobile phone for pairing.
  3. Voice prompts “CONNECTED”. If the connection is not successful, please repeat the above steps to connect again.

Connect to two mobile phones via Bluetooth

  1. Connect the headphones with the phone1, then turn off the headphones and the Bluetooth feature of the phone 1.
  2. Turn on the headphones and make them enter pairing mode.
  3. Connect the headphones with the phone 2.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth feature of phone 1, and select “A999” in the Bluetooth list.

Bluetooth headphones power-saving mode

  1. If the headphones are powered on for ten minutes without a Bluetooth connection and the ANC switch is not turned on, the headphones will power off automatically.

Line-in Playback/Line-in Noise reduction
Use the standard 3.5mm audio cable to connect the headphones to your phone, computer, and other devices to listen to the music on your device.
If the headphones are connected via line-in when the ANC switch is turned on, it will enter the line in noise reduction.

Power on/off
Power on:
When the headphones are off, press and hold the “ “ button until you hear “ Power on ”.
Power off When the headphones are on, press and hold the “ “ button until you hear “ Power off ”.
Noise reduction function operation
Noise reduction on Turn on the ANC switch, and you will hear the beep “ ANC ON ” and the default noise reduction depth is 36dB.
Noise reduction off Turn off the ANC switch, you will hear the beep “ ANC OFF ”.
Noise reduction depth selection: long press the button to switch the noise reduction depth.
Beep “ One ” Noise reduction depth is 36dB.
Beep “ Two ” Noise reduction depth is 26dB.
Beep “ Three ” Noise reduction depth is 18dB.

Answer/Reject phone calls
Answering incoming calls: Click the “ ” button to answer an incoming call and click again to hang up the call.
Rejecting incoming calls: Press and hold the button “ ” for 2 seconds to reject the call when it comes in.
Redial the previous call
Double click the “  ” button in Bluetooth status to redial the previous call.

Music control
Click the “ ” button to control music pause while playing music and click again to resume music playing.
Three clicks of the “ ” button to enter voice assistant mode when playing music.

Click “  ” button, switch to the previous song, and long press to increase the volume. depth.

Charging instructions

  1. Before the headphones are used for the first time, please charge the headphones completely.
  2. Charging cable: Please use the included Type-C charging cable to charge the headphones, or it may damage the headphones.
  3. Charger: If using a charger, the output requires 5V DC, >500mA.
  4. Indicator display: The red light stays on during charging, and the red light is off when fully charged.

Precautions for using headphones

  1. If you have not used the headphones for a long time, please charge them before using them.

If there is no sound from the headphones

  • Please check if the volume of the headphones is appropriate.
  • Please check if the headphones are connected to the mobile phone successfully.
  • Please check if the headphones are in the working range.

The headphones do not work well when making a cal

  • Please make sure the headphones are within the working distance.
