Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will this product be compatible with a USB dongle? any suggestions?
You don’t need a USB Dongle. Battery operated & runs on Bluetooth.

  • Would it work for work-from-home jobs?
I work from home, it works fine. Quality isn’t great.

  • How is the noise cancellation on this headset?
Works well for me. I tested it with my crying baby and he couldn’t be heard in the phone while on the phone at work with the headset so win for me

  • Can these be used with google Chromebooks?
Yes, my son uses it with his Chromebook for school. He can use it both with Bluetooth that the Chromebook has or corded.

  • Will the microphone work normally if used with a cable (wired connection)?
Yes, even if wired, the microphone will work. You may have to be sure your computer has recognized both the headset and microphone. They may be separate functions.

  • Can I turn off the blinking light after it is successfully connected? In the dark the blue blinking light is annoying
No, you will then turn it off. Try some blue tape over it.

  • Why does the mic not work with Nintendo switch? i can hear everything, but no one hears me! the mic is not on mute. i returned and repurchased.
The Nintendo Switch doesn’t support a mic over Bluetooth as of right now.

  • Why must I always pair this with my cell phone when i turn on the headset?? on
I’m not sure I understand the question. Once set up, if Bluetooth is ‘On’ on the device, you should not have to pair them again when the headphones are turned on. You can have two devices paired while only using one to listen to music, etc., i.e., either a smartphone or laptop computer.

  • Can not connect via Bluetooth to Allworx desktop office phone Verge 9312, anybody tried?
No, I have to use them wired with my job.

  • Does it work with iPhone?
    It works with my iPhone12

  • Can this be used with Avaya?
Not sure what the issue is but 8 can’t connect to Avaya. Got it working. Tested by checking audio by calling voice-mail. But when a call comes in it makes no sound and I don’t know if they can hear me either. Going to try buying a dongle and retrying.

  • Will this headset be compatible with Five9? does anyone know?
Yes I use it with five9.
