Please keep this user manual in a safe place along with your purchase receipt
and carton for future reference. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to.

Read all instructions before using the SMART Breakfast Master.

Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

Do NOT use the SMART Breakfast Master for other than its intended use.

Before turning on, ensure the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit corresponds to those indicated on the rating label of the appliance.

To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the motor unit, cord set or plug in water or any other liquid, or rinse under a tap.

The SMART Breakfast Master is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or any type of separate remote control system.

The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

This appliance is intended to be used indoors for household use only.

Do NOT use an extension cord unless completely necessary with this product. If an extension cord is used please ensure that it has a rating equal to or exceeding the rating
of this appliance. -
If the supply cord or plug is damaged, do NOT use the appliance. Please return to your place of purchase along with your receipt for a refund or exchange.

Do NOT pull or carry by the cord, bend the cord, use the cord as a handle, close a door on the cord, or pull the cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.

Always unplug the appliance when not in use. To disconnect from the power supply, grip the plug and pull from the power socket. Never pull by the cord. The power plug must be removed from the power socket before cleaning, servicing, maintenance or moving the SMART Breakfast Master.

Do NOT move or lift the SMART Breakfast Master while the power cord is still connected to the wall outlet or still on. Always ensure it is switched off and has cooled down before moving the appliance.

Never force the plug into an outlet.

To reduce the risk of electrocution, never operate this product with wet hands, submerge it under water or spill liquids into the product.

Never pour water, or any other liquid, into the toaster slots.

After the egg cooking process has commenced, do NOT add water or any other liquid to the Mini Pan.

Avoid reaching over the egg cooking part when it is in use. The steam vents emit hot steam and there is a danger of scalding yourself.

Do NOT attempt to dislodge food when the toaster part is plugged in.

Do NOT leave the SMART Breakfast Master unattended when in use.

Do NOT place the appliance near a hot gas or electric burner.

Care must be taken when handling the appliance after use. Do NOT touch hot surfaces, and always allow the unit to cool before storing or covering.

The symbol “ ” means Caution, hot surface. The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.

The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.

Allow adequate space above and around the appliance for air circulation.

Do NOT allow the appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings, clothing, or other flammable materials during use.

Do NOT wrap the cord around the outside of the SMART Breakfast Master. Use the cord storage cleats at the bottom of the unit.

Remove bread crumbs periodically. Accumulation of bread crumbs can cause a potential electrical hazard.

Do NOT cover the appliance whilst in use. If it is covered there is a risk of fire.

Switch OFF the appliance before detaching any parts from the SMART Breakfast Master.

Thoroughly clean all parts that come in contact with food with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly before using for the first time.

Improper installation may result in the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons

The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damages caused by improper or faulty use.

The unit has no user-serviceable parts contained within. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
BEFORE THE FIRST TIME USE
Remove all parts from the packaging and thoroughly read through the manual
before using it for the first time. Ensure all parts indicated in the above
parts list have been included in the gift box. Wash all parts, attachments,
and accessories in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Wipe the exterior of the toaster and Crumb Tray with a slightly damp cloth.
Operate the toaster function 3 to 4 times (without bread) and set it to the
maximum browning level of 7.
It is numbered from 1 to 7;
1- being lightly toasted
7- being a darker toast.
NOTE: During initial use, the Toaster may emit a slight odour along with
small amounts of smoke. This is normal and will subside with further use.
PARTS
The SMART Breakfast Master has various features that make it a user-friendly
and convenient appliance.
Additionally, when toasting your bread, you can select the desired level of
darkness by adjusting the browning control knob.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The SMART Breakfast Master allows you to toast up to 2 slices of bread. Below are some general notes on toasting that you should be aware of before commencing to toast your bread:
- Different types of bread have different browning requirements. For example, white bread should be toasted at a low level while darker bread requires toasting at a higher setting.
- When first starting, you should set the browning level at 3 or 4 until you are familiar with the use of the Toaster.
- The ideal color is a golden yellow and not too dark or brown.
- Only use bread slices that fit into the slots of the Toaster. Never force bread into the slots as it can become stuck.
- Only operate the Toaster when the Crumb Tray has been correctly inserted.
- When toasting one slice of bread, set it to a lower browning level.
Toasting Bread

Plug the appliance into a wall socket.

Insert 1 or 2 slices of bread into the Toaster Slots.

Turn the browning dial to the desired setting. 1 – Lowest Setting, 7- Highest Setting.

Push the Toasting Lever down until it locks. Toasting will commence automatically as soon as it is locked in place. The cancel indicator light will turn on, indicating that the
toaster is ready for use. -
Once completed, the Toaster will switch off and the Toasting Lever will return to its upper position ejecting the bread. The cancel Indicator Light will switch OFF.

Remove the bread from the Toasting Slots.

You can cancel the toasting at any time by pressing the CANCEL button. This will return the Toasting Lever to its upright position.
WARNING: The housing of the Toaster will get very hot during use; do NOT
touch hot surfaces to prevent getting burnt. Always allow the Toaster to cool
down before handling it.
Bagel Function
- Place the bagels in the toaster slots.
- Press down the lever.
- The cancel indicator light will turn on, indicating that the toaster is ready for use.
- Using the browning level knob, select the number that indicates how well done your toast should be.
- Press the BAGEL button, the indicator light will illuminate.
- After the toasting is complete, the indicator light will turn OFF.
NOTE: To cancel toasting anytime while the toaster is in use, press the
cancel button. The lever will then return to its original position.
Frozen Bread Function
- Place the frozen bread in the toaster slots.
- Press down the lever.
- The cancel indicator light will turn on, indicating that the toaster is ready for use.
- Using the browning level knob, select the number that indicates how well done your toast should be.
- Press the FROZEN button, the indicator light will illuminate.
- After the toasting is complete, the indicator light will turn OFF.
NOTE: To cancel toasting anytime while the toaster is in use, press the
cancel button. The lever will then return to its original position.
Reheat Toast Function
- The Toaster also features a heating function that allows you to reheat toast.
- Begin toasting as described in the above toasting section.
- Press the REHEAT button, the indicator light will illuminate.
- After reheating is completed, the indicator light will turn OFF.
NOTE: To cancel toasting anytime while the toaster is in use, press the cancel button. The lever will then return to its original position.
Using the Egg Cooker
Functions
The Egg Cooker allows you to:
- Fry 2 eggs max. (and other types of food, e.g. small strips of bacon, burgers).
- Boil Max 10 eggs (wash the egg to clean before use).
- Poach up to 4 eggs.
- Steam 2 omelets
- The egg cooker can be used independently of the toasting function.
- Cooking time for eggs will depend on your desired style, as well as the size and temperature of the eggs.
- Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
- Use fresh water for boiling eggs or steaming.
- Fill the grill plate with water, the egg consistency depends on the water volume.
- Place the egg boiler tray upon the grill and place the eggs on each compartment base. Lastly, place the transparent steamer cover lid on top of the egg boiler tray.
- Always wipe or brush the mini pan with cooking oil to pre-heat before use.
- Flip the switch to the steamer or fryer function.
- The indicator light will turn on.
- As soon as the water is evaporated completely, the operation is done. Then turn the rocker switch to the Off position and remove the transparent cover.
WARNING: Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
Boiling Eggs
The maximum amount of eggs that can be boiled simultaneously is 10 eggs.
Always use the egg boiler tray provided when boiling eggs.
Do not add water after the egg cooking process has started.

Pour water into the Mini Pan.

Place the egg boiler tray on top of the mini pan, with the rubber rim facing downward.

Place the eggs onto the egg boiler tray.
-
Place the cover lid over the egg boiler tray.
-
Turn the Mini Pan to the steamer position. The indicator light will illuminate.
-
The boiling is complete when the water has evaporated. A continuous sound will alert you. The indicator light will then turn off.

Turn the Mini Pan switch to the OFF position.
-
Remove the lid.
WARNING: Be careful to avoid rising steam when removing the lid and from the lid steam vents. It is very hot and can scald your skin. -
Rinse eggs under cold water immediately for easier removal of the eggshell.
Poaching Egg/Omelette
WARNING: Never place the Poach Egg Trays/Bowls or Egg Cooker Lid directly
onto the Mini Pan. Only the Egg Boiler Tray can be placed over Mini Pan.
The maximum amount of eggs that can be boiled simultaneously is 10 eggs.
Always use the egg boiler tray provided when poaching eggs/omelets.
Do not add water after the egg cooking process has started.
- Pour water into the Mini Pan.
- Place the egg boiler tray on top of the mini pan, with the rubber rim facing downward.
- Place the steamer bowls and egg poacher trays onto the egg boiler tray.
- All your eggs or omelets to the compartments.
- Place the cover lid over the egg boiler tray.
- Turn the Mini Pan to the steamer position. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The boiling is complete when the water has evaporated. A continuous sound will alert you. The indicator light will then turn off.
- Turn the Mini Pan switch to the OFF position.
- Remove the lid.
Note: It can steam vegetables or reheat small portions of food in a quick
and efficient manner.
Grill functions
Mini Ceramic Pan
The mini ceramic pan can fry max. 2 eggs, as well as small thin cuts of meat
(bacon, burger, ham etc) while toasting bread.
- Always wipe or brush the Mini Pan with cooking oil before use.
- For best results, preheat the Mini Pan for a few minutes to allow it to heat up before use.
- Turn the Mini Pan Selector Switch to the FRYER position. The indicator light will turn on.
- Place the food to be fried into the Mini Pan. Be careful of splattering oil from the pan.
- Remove the food with a spatula.
- After frying is completed turn the Mini Pan Selector Switch to the OFF position. The indicator light will turn off.
WARNING: Never place the lid onto the Mini Pan while using the frying function. Only use butter or cooking oil on the Mini Pan. Avoid placing any flammable substance on the Mini Pan or in the vicinity of the Mini Pan. Do not use sharp objects or metal tongs as they may scratch the surface of the pan.
HANDY HINTS
- Refrigerate eggs until ready to cook.
- You will learn to adjust the water level to get your desired consistency. Add more for firmer eggs; less if you prefer softer eggs.
- Eggs should be stored in the carton they were purchased in (or separate egg compartment) in your refrigerator to keep them from drying out and absorbing refrigerator odors.
- Eggs should be stored sitting large end up to help them stay fresh longer and keep the yolk centered.
- For hard-cooked eggs, it is best to plunge the eggs into cold water immediately after cooking. This helps to stop the cooking process and prevent a dark ring from developing around the yolk, as well as making it easier to peel the shell.
- If not serving immediately it is advised to place it in the refrigerator. Hard-cooked eggs in the shell can keep for up to one week if they are properly refrigerated.
- To peel hard-cooked eggs easily, roll them gently on the counter using the palm of your hand to crack the shell.
CLEANING, CARE, AND MAINTENANCE
Ensure the SMART Breakfast Master has cooled sufficiently and has been
switched off and unplugged before cleaning.
Mini Pan
The Mini Pan has a non-stick ceramic surface that is durable and easy to
clean. Be careful when cleaning to avoid scratching and damaging the surface.
- DO NOT use abrasive cleaning agents or metal brushes, nylon brushes or other object that could scratch the surface when cleaning the pan.
- Clean the pan after each use. Leftovers that stick to the pan can burn into the coating if not removed correctly.
- All attachments (Egg Holder Tray, Steamer Bases/Bowls and Egg Cooker Lid) can be washed with warm soapy water. We do not recommend placing them in the dishwasher as it may cause damage.
- Carefully remove any leftovers with non metal spatula.
- Wipe down the Mini Pan with a damp cloth or paper towel moistened with one tablespoon of white vinegar. This helps to remove any mineral deposits left behind from the water. If the unit it not cleaned with white vinegar on a regular basis, the mineral deposits will accumulate on the Mini Pan.
NOTE: If there are harder to remove stains or leftovers, connect the unit
to the power outlet and switch ON. Pour some water into the pan and then turn
on the Mini Pan frying function. Let the water heat up, then let it cool
slightly before using a spatula or cloth to wipe it down again.
Toaster
- Pull the Crumb Tray out of the toaster, empty and then wipe it down with a damp cloth.
- Ensure it is thoroughly dry before placing the Crumb Tray back in the toaster.
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the cord or plug it into water or any other liquid.
- Thoroughly dry all attachments before reassembling and using this appliance.
STORAGE
Wrap the appliance plug around the built-in storage holder which is located
underneath the appliance.
