TOW SMART 745 Coupler Lock Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read and observe all warnings, instructions, and capacity limitations before using this product. Failure to comply with this warning and the associated instructions and capacity limitations may result in serious personal injury and/or significant property damage.
Coupler Lock Instructions
- Using included keys, insert and unlock the chrome ball and hoop from the Coupler Lock by turning key to the left. Warning chrome ball and hoop will easily slide off.
- Leave key inserted.
- From below, insert the chrome ball and hoop up into the Coupler.
- From above align the heavy-duty shackle over the upright two hoops ends and lower for a snug fit.
- Turn and remove key.
- Write down the number on the keys and store in a safe place. This number will be needed for replacement keys.
Boomerang Receiver Lock Instructions
- Insert the Ball Mount into the hitch receiver tube.
- Align Hitch Pin holes.
- Using the enclosed key, unlock and insert the Boomerang Receiver Lock Pin of the corresponding diameter, into receiver tube hole so that the end is completely out of the other side of tube.
- Snap-on then end of Receiver Lock so that it is locked.
- Remove key.
- Write down the number on the keys and store in a safe place. This number will be needed for replacement keys.
Brass Coupler Lock Instructions
- With Coupler latch securely down and closed over the Hitch Ball, align holes in the latch.
- Using the enclosed key, unlock Brass Coupler Lock and remove key.
- Insert the straight end of lock chrome hoop into hole.
- Swing the lock body and compress it onto the straight end of lock until it clicks.
- Write down the number on the keys and store in a safe place. This number will be needed for replacement keys.
